Changed column title in Smartsheet but it's missing in the Zap

I had to update a colum in smart sheets now it will not pull into zapier to shipsation. When I refresh fields it keeps old title?

Hey there, @Tracy Prescott! 🙂

 

That’s odd. Perhaps it’s being cached. Can you try reselecting the spreadsheet in the Zap to see if that then allows the new column to be loaded?

If that doesn’t work it may be worth reconnecting Smartsheet account to see if that helps to refresh the connection between Smartsheet and Zapier.

Can you give that a try and let us know if that sorts it?
