I have an issue in connecting my Wordpress.org site to Zapier even though my site and credentials were inputted correctly. In fact, I get an “authentication failed: Fault (code 403) occurred. Message: Incorrect username or password.” message. I don’t know how to solve this, can you help me please?
Hi. Found out that: If you're using Google Spreadsheets for the Trigger side of a Zap and it suddenly stopped working, verify that you didn't accidentally insert a blank row anywhere. Zapier interprets a blank row as the end of the spreadsheet. I am using a google form where participants are asked if they would like to receive newsletters from us by putting their e-mail after answering a survey. Obviously there would be empty rows if they choose not to subscribe. When it happens, zap stops working and I have to manually add the e-mails to mail chimp. Is there a way to get rid of the empty rows or maybe link the responses to another sheet then paste those nonadjacent cells adjacent/simultaneously so there won’t be any empty rows? I hope this makes sense. TIA, Paul
Hi @Danvers my Zap isn’t working to. In my case is a RSS feed from a podcast page, and my cliente uploaded a new podcast and it didn´t show in my webflow collection. Here’s a pic of the issue in the task history. Can you help me please? My client needs this to be done :(
Hi everyone! In Zoom, they have a feature where they allow people to register to watch a previously recorded webinars. So I have a registrants report for a recorded webinar. They call this “on demand” recordings in the recordings section. I’d love to use Zapier to integrate this with Hubspot whenever someone registers to watch the recording, but there doesn’t seem to be a way to do this. Any ideas?
Zaps HubSpot Form Submission to Stripe Create Customer and Create Subscription - Need help with Stripe
Once a New Form Submission in HubSpot happens, I want to Create Customer in Stripe and also Creat Subscription in Stripe. The scenario; Someone signing up for a user based subscription by completing a HubSpot Form. -- HubSpot - The Form collects the Name, email, Tax ID, Subscription Plan (choice of 4 options), the Number of Users (Qty) and Checkbox for accepting Terms & Conditions -- Stripe - I’d like to Create a Customer in Stripe with the Name, email, and Tax ID, then -- Stripe - I’d like to Create Subscription in Stripe with the Plan, Number of Users (Quantity). Questions In Stripe - Customize Customer, how do I set the Tax ID Type to “AU ABN” and pass the Tax ID from HubSpot to the Stripe Customer Tax ID? In Stripe - Customize Subscription, how do I add the Users (Quantity) for the Plan? e.g. Silver Plan $25 per User per Month, and the Quantity is 2 Users, therefore a $50 per month subscription in Stripe. Are there detailed examples anywhere? screenshots? Tha
Hello! I am trying to build a solution at the moment that requires the search of a filename in Google drive. The filename will be a duplicate filename and will exist in many places across the Drive e.g. Customers > March > “Filename.txt” Root > Invoices > “Filename.txt” Customers > June > “Filename.txt I know I could do a bunch of tests to work this out, but I wondered - Does anyone know, off-hand which it will pick and what this is based on (e.g. Folder/File structure, Last created, Last updated etc)
My Zap is meant to fire when a Trello card is archived, to put data in a Google sheet. It works fine in test mode, pulling data from the archived card, but when I archive a new card, the data doesn’t transfer till I trigger the Zap. I understand polling vs. instant Zaps...but can I force a polling Zap to become instant?
When using Jotform and Quickbooks Online (QBO) , how do I create an estimate using the info from the jotform?
Hello, and thank you in advance for any help. My issue is similar to this one that was answered earlier, but I would like to create a zap that takes the order information from Jotform and create an estimate in QBO rather than an invoice. I’ve already made a zap to create the customer in QBO, but since I’m new to Zapier and still learning how to use it I’m stumped on this particular issue. In the other community question I referenced, they were redirected to Zapier staff member, I figured I should try and ask here before I go up the chain but I’m happy to get the help wherever I can.
Hi community, Hope someone can point me in the right direction. I am using the following zaps to send new and updated contacts from Mailchimp to Hubspot: Create or update HubSpot contacts when MailChimp subscribers are updated New subscriber in segment or tag in Mailchimp However the Mailchimp groups do not appear in the customise contact picker and therefore cannot be passed to Hubspot CRM. A contact will have multiple interest groups (tickbox questions eg level of seniority, industry sector) Currently I am able to get name, contact info and various tags over into Hubspot - which is great - but have resorted to importing the group info in weekly batches Is there a way to send groups over please? THANK YOU
At the moment, I have an automated email that goes out to all event registrants one hour after the event is over, to not only thank them for attending the event, but also to ask them to give us feedback about the event and to review us on Google. That said, a lot of my automated emails are going to the right people, but also going to a few wrong people, as some of the would-be attendees cancelled ahead of time, which then prompted me to Delete/Cancel the attendee. In other words, some of those automated emails are going to people that registered, but never attended the event. Is the only workaround for this to change the trigger to check-in instead of registered? I’d prefer not to do that as check-ins can be cumbersome. In short, is there a way that Zapier could potentially read “attendees that are still currently registered at the end of the event”, for example, and then trigger the email?
[Not sure if this is the right place, so feel free to let me know if this belongs elsewhere..] An integration with Quora would be handy. Possible Triggers: New Answer on a particular page New Question containing certain keywords New Answer by a certain User That’s a start! Thoughts/ suggestions welcome.
Hello, I’ve just launched a site that is taking orders from Shopify and creating invoices for them in Xero. We hit a snag where some orders got held when going live, so I’ve had to edit the feeds a little bit to get them working again. I now want to re-run the held tasks so that I can get them sent through correctly, without failing. Hitting ‘re-run’ gives me the ‘We didn’t retry XX Tasks because the Zap has changed too much.’ error, which I understand happens because it’s trying to re-run the old zap and see’s that it has changed so stops. Is there something I can do to get them to re-run as if they had just come in, and forget about the old zap, or is this something Zapier could do for us? If all the held tasks got deleted, would Zapier act as if they had never been ran, and when going back to check for new orders in Shopify, run them as new? Thanks, Harry.
Hi Again… I want to add a zap that is triggered when a specific filed is updated in any card within a specific board Basically when a checkbox is marked or when a specific line is added to the checklist i would like that to trigger the zap (external email in this case). The problem is i can find a trigger that is not card specific. Any ideas will as always be greatly appreciated. Thanks Coby
Hi, I’m getting stuck with the JS code. Basically I’m getting single line of order from WooCommerce, counting the quantity of products for this line and creating number of rows in Google Sheets that equals the quantity. In order to do this I’ve created Code block that should return line items that can be used later to create Google Sheet record. My code is here: The test runs gives such output : However in following step - creating Google Sheets record - I’m not getting Line item support: only separete lines. So runnig this zap will create only one row in Google Sheet. What am I doing wrong?
I am using WordPress to develop a course that consists of 8 modules. I’m trying to build it so that once all 8 modules are completed a certificate of completion would be emailed to the individual. I can do this if the courses had to be taken sequentially by letting them have access via the end of a quiz to the subsequent module. However, I am trying to build it so that the modules do not need to be completed in order. I’m working with WordPress, H5P (not supported by Zapier), Wufoo, and Google programs. Any ideas on how I could build this? A few of my ideas: -Have user take a quiz through H5P and then upon successfully passing, have them enter their name into Wufoo Quiz for that module. Then somehow use Zapier to mark that module 1 was completed by that person (is that possible) and then do that for each module. Then somehow build a trigger that upon each module being completed (or the row count = 8), it would transfer the name into another google sheet, which would run upon trig
I’m trying to query multiple invoices from QuickBooks Online and then create a payment that links to all of them, but I can’t figure out the workflow for it. My zap starts by receiving a webhook whenever a payment is made in some other billing software. The webhook’s payload provides the invoices’ document numbers (not the ID) and the amounts to be applied from the payment. In this example, a customer is trying to pay off two invoices with a single payment of $424.78. Quickbook’s “Create Payment” step requires the invoices’ IDs (primary key in QB) in order to link it. An “Object Not Found” error will occur if you try to use the document numbers. However, the “Find Invoice” step does not support line items, so I have to break up my line items into an array so the “Find Invoice” step can run for each document number. (documentation) After doing this and getting an invoice ID for each document number, how am I supposed to combine them back into line items for the final “Create Payment”
I want to automate the creation of backups of my Zaps. I have a paid account. Today I have to: use the UI, visit Settings > Data Management > Export My Data go to my email, find the “Your Zapier account data is ready to download” email, click on the button “Download your account data” download the file (doesn’t need to be authenticated) unzip the file inflating: task_history_download_urls.csv inflating: zapfile.json inflating: zap_data.json I appreciate I could drive a headless browser, but is there a simpler way to automate step 1? I want to do this nightly. Thanks, Martin
