Hi, When I am setting up the trigger to link a google form to a google sheet I am not given an option to choose the form i need in a drop down. My email is signed in, but the shared drive option is not showing. Am I unable to link google forms in shared drives?? Thank you
Hi,New to Zapier! I created several zaps. When an offer is purchased in Kajabi then a new row is updated with the persons contact information. I would like to filter the google sheet I am working with to organize the information. If I filter the sheet, will it interfere with the zap? i.enew information zapped at bottom of row, but I filtered a column for alphabetical order A-Z. Mahalo, Aleysia

Hi there! We’ve been using Zapier for a quite some time for transferring data from Asana to Google Sheets. The process is simple. We’ve got several projects: one project for one legal entity. We also configured two ZAPs fro each project:New Row - this Zap adds a new row to a Google Sheet when there is a new task added to the project Update Row - this Zap takes ID of the task, looks through the column with IDs on a specific Google Sheet (the one, where first Zap pastes the data), identifies required row and updates it every time the task itself is being updated. The process is very simple and straightforward. Today for some reason all our “New row” tasks for 5 projects stopped working all at once. At the same time we literally did not change a thing! In order to fix the problem we tired the following:Log out and log in: Zapier, Asana, Gmail Test trigger and test action for each “New row” Zap - everything works fine. Trigger says “we found a task!” and Action successfully adds a new row
We have a Zap set up to create a prospect in Pardot whenever a LiveChat session is finished. It was set up without any problems and has been running fine for the last 2 months. The individual who set it up no longer works in my department, so I went to update the zap with the new LiveChat account and Pardot account to sync and we’ve been getting an error (46): Pardot ran into an error: This API user lacks sufficient permissions for the requested operation. Error code: 46.I’ve checked with my IT department and I have the same permissions as the previous account. Why would I still be getting this error?
I’ve got a Zap set up that runs from webhook to update contact in Active campaign and then add new line in Google Sheet.Active Campaign is populating but the sheet is not. I changed to a new sheet to test it and it worked. I changed back to the original sheet and ran a test. It said the test was successful and it was not.Do I need ot create a new sheet and start over??

HelloOne of our zaps that we have set up to feed data from gravity forms into a google sheets page keeps turning itself off shortly after turning it on. There are no errors logged. When setting up and testing the zap, everything works 100% correctly. Despite this, the zap will without fail turn itself off minutes after being turned on. We cannot afford to have any downtime in this regard. I’ve sent multiple tickets over the past week and have not yet received a response. Any help would be appreciated.

Hello All With Zapier, we’d like one of the fields to collect from Facebook and feed through to Ometria “CountryID”. I can see that I’m able to add a Contact Custom Field for CountryID, however there is no option to collect this data. Have you any idea how I would how about this? Many thanks Paul. I currently have a zap that imports information into a gsheet from a Typeform. Any time there is new information in the Typeform, the zap adds a row to the bottom of the gsheet data.I have another sheet (we’ll call this the summary sheet) in the same gsheet doc that simply references the Zap-integrated sheet . Basically like:='Zap Sheet'!A1='Zap Sheet'!A2='Zap Sheet'!A3='Zap Sheet'!A4etc. down the full summary sheet.I am trying to pull in all data from the Zap sheet into the Summary sheet.However, every time the zap runs and adds a row to the Zap Sheet, the Summary sheet formulas get messed up. Say there was data added to row 3 in the Zap Sheet, the Summary sheet would then look like this -- missing row 3 formula & data.='Zap Sheet'!A1='Zap Sheet'!A2='Zap Sheet'!A4='Zap Sheet'!A5I seem to have to update the formulas every time the zap is updated. Hoping to resolve this so it can automatically be pulled into the summary sheet without me having to change the formulas every time.
I like to create out-of-office events in Google Calendar based on approved out-of-office for my my personal account in BambooHR.I like to create the event in Google Calendar as an event of type outOfOffice (see Google Calendar API athttps://developers.google.com/calendar/api/v3/reference/events#eventType). I expect this to enable/trigger Google Calendar features such as automatically displaying the out-of-office status in Google Mail and Google Chat, and automatically decline new events.In Zapier, I have a working Zap to create regular events in Google Calendar based on approved out-of-office in BambooHR.Are you aware if it is possible to create a new Google Calendar event with field eventType set to outOfOffice? If this is possible in Zapier, I would love to learn how to :-)
I need to get access to my clients Facebook and Google My Business pages. At the moment I’m giving them my Zapier log in and link to the connections page so they can simply click Facebook pages and connect, then do the same with Google My Business.However it’s not ideal given that I only have one user (as teams is too expensive) and when they log in they could mess around with the zaps and see my other clients accounts connected. Not to mention I keep having to change the password.Any better solutions?
Hi there!Does anyone know if it is possible to determine if any zaps in a particular account touch a specific field?More details on the use case… First and foremost, I’m trying to determine if it’s safe to change a field name in Airtable. :-) I tried searching zap history by the field ID / name, but nothing showed up (even when trying this method for a field that I know for a fact is being used in many zaps).Further, I’m also looking for a way to easily “inventory” what fields I’m using in each zap - we have a shared team account and thus have LOTS of zaps, some of which might be duplicative and unnecessary. It would be great to somehow be able to grab a set of metadata that lists what field names/ids are used in each zap so that I can more easily start to map out the bigger picture.I hope that all makes sense - thank you!
Hello there, about 10 months ago I connected my Zapier account to a Gravity form successfully and is is working fine too.Today I tried to do the same for a new integration but when I look at the Add On section in the Gravity form I have no option to paste in the Zapier webhook. See attached. I checked the Zapier Add On-in Gravity settings and its still installed. See attached ‘Zapier Add On’.I read online about the need to upgrade to the latest Add-on Im wondering if that is the issue? I have not upgraded the Add-on since installing it 10 months ago.
Hello All,I connected WPForms with Zapier, but it looks like information goes from WPForms to Zapier. Is there any way to do the reverse?We want to build headless WordPress, with React Front-End. In this case, we want users to submit form on the React Front-End, which will be connected with Zapier webhooks, so that Zapier sends these submissions to WPForms in Wordpress Backend. Is this possible? Structure:Person submits in React => React sends to Zapier => Zapier adds this submission to WPForms enquiry. Can you please give any ideas how to make this possible and help?
Hello Community!I have encountered a problem with my site using Google Sheets and Zapier.On my website, users can apply to projects, and my idea is that every time a project is created it would create a new google sheet spreadsheet, so far that works. But when I tried to send the application of the user to the specific project I cannot link it with the project. I have tried storing the value of the id of the spreadsheet in Zapier but when I call it it does not let me store the values into the columns that I want.Is there another possible way to achieve this?
