When our partners change availabilities in woocommerce we’d like to create a trello task for our support.The change can be an alternated availability rule or a new one is added, we’d like this one to trigger.But as far as I can see, the trigger is general and thus I have a hard time to filtering out those changes, which are within the meta data of the product with a distinct key. Since we do export our products and availabilities also to a google sheet, we could also try to go another way and change availability there and change it from there to the products and trello, but I am also not sure, if this is possible, dealing with meta data arrays.

Hi community!I have set up the following workflow and am having issues with the Looping step.Workflow goal:Trigger: Scheduler → Everyday (working) Action: GET in Webhooks, pulling data from a Hubspot contact list (working) Action: Create loop from text to parse the data (not working) Action: Create spreadsheet Row in Google Sheets (not working)So far, everything is working correctly up until the looping step. I tried creating a loop from text and from line items, but both are only returning the data in a single cell format once sent to GSheets. Even with the text delimter set to ‘,’. I’ve attached screen shots of the loop action settings and gsheet actions below for reference. Any ideas on why this is happening would be greatly appreciated! Thanks! sample names for this example!
We want to set up: New stripe payment → Create Quickbook Receipt → Send Quickbook Receipt I set up the zap using an QB existing customer’s info and it created a receipt, but each time the Zap completes (testing with new transactions) I am receiving the same receipt I set up. It is not updating with the new price, or customer data each time.Does anyone have a suggestion for this, or recommendation on setting up the Zap differently?

So based on iso-31661-a2 (which I get from step 1) I want to get id.So if iso-3166-1a2 = AT, id is 2. How can I get ids by having iso-3166-1-a2 (country code) value?Thank you!
Hi,I’m using Email Parser by Zapier, to parse an email from Gmail.The parsing is working, but as I’m parsing an email field, instead of only parsing email@example.com it parses firstname.lastname@example.org (mailto:email@example.com). When an order is created on shopify and sent to my tookan acoount the time is changed on tookan by +6 hour. ex: order created at 4;30pm in shopify shows as 11:30pm on tookan … I have already tried changing the time zones in the test trigger and apps and nothing helps..
Hello everyone,A former member of our development team created a Zapier Webhook and embedded it in one of our applications but failed to document what Zap it is attached to. I can call the webhook and it returns something, but I am unsure what Zap it’s connected to without going through the dozens of Zaps we have operating now.Does anyone know an easy way to find this out?

Hello I was wondering if anyone could help me with paths. It used to work flawlessly but since Zapier’s new update I’ve had a lot of trouble trying to use them. Every time I try to add a new path condition I get thrown to a pretty large error page. Starts with a red circle and an X in the middle and then reads “Problem with cache lookup for selector...” and ends with “...Attempt to serialize function in a Recoil cache key” and a lot of messages in between which frankly I do not understand. This had never happened before the update so I am guessing the paths might not be working correctly after this update. Is there any way around it or to revert to the old zapier which was working a lot better? Please message ASAP, I haven’t been able to find a single human contact for support and all “FAQ” is pretty general and unhelpful.
I have a Zap that has start date and a due date and I'dl like to be able to find the number of days there are in the project. In other words, how many days are between the start date and the end date. I feel like this is something that should be doable with the Formatter by Zapier app, but I can't quite figure it out. Any ideas?

So I am trying to connect my Zap, Adalo to wordpress but it is giving me the following error:Zap cannot be enabled: Required field "username" (username) is missing. I am trying to create a new user in a wordpress website whenever user record is created in Adalo.
1.- Currently, I need to download my lives manually, then upload them manually to drive,2.- I do this, so that my video editors can download them again, to upload them to their video editor and then export them, and then upload them back to google drive. 3.- it’s too much handling information unnecessarily… can I automate at least number one with zapier?When my instagram live shows end, can I automatically upload them to google drive?thanks!
Hello team, We’ve sent the request to the support but the email is not accessible for us so we can’t send you a reply or anything. Could you please look in to our Zap set up for Facebook Offline conversions. The zaps are picking up the triggers from Shopify, but the issue is that these conversions aren’t getting picked by Facebook conversion. Attaching screenshots to show that we actually connected Zapier and created new offline conversions purchase pixel for it. Let us know how you can help us fix it as for now we’ve spend for subscription but weren’t able to use the tool for a few weeks now. It is only one zap so you should be able to find it easily. Dear community,I recently discovered Zapier and I love the idea that you can free yourself from your boring daily tasks. However, I have a pretty complex idea and I'm not sure I can execute it myself.I use a website on a daily basis that draws me floor plans. I save these files into my Dropbox in different folder every time. Once the files are available to download, I receive an email with a job ID. My idea is to set up a Zap that do this automatically. I know this issue has been brought up in a few other discussions from a year ago and I’m wanting to see if any updates have been made on this front. Our Team Drive has created lots of templates to use specifically for Zapier but it turns out we have to create copies in my personal drive to access. Using the ID in a find doc action doesn’t seem to bring up anything.Is there an ETA for accessing team drive templates? This seems like a perfect use for this platform. Anyone else create useful workarounds in the meantime instead of downloading each template in your personal drive? Thanks

I am trying to connect a financing platform to Ontraport. The financing site, Climb, is not in the Zapier App Directory. What are my options (if any) for connecting Climb to Ontrapart via Zapier so that I can transfer customer info:1. First name2. Last Name3. Current facing the below error when setting up Firebase to Google Sheet.Cannot read properties of undefined (reading 'rest') However it was it working fine before until I upgraded my account to Starter (1,500 Tasks) Plan from Free Plan. And I also notice the layout and the web url is different when in Free Plan compared to Starter Plan. Is this why the issue?
Hi there! My goal is to export contacts (and their properties) from a dynamic list in Hubspot into a Google Sheet. Additionally, whenever a new contact is added/removed from this list in Hubspot (based on the dynamic list filter properties), the Google Sheet will update on a scheduled basis. Maybe weekly, daily, doesn’t really matter. I am quite new to Zapier, so I’ve only got as far as using the below zap. The first issue is that it does not import existing contacts from this list into Google Sheets, therefore only one (test) contact appeared when running the zap. Additionally, I am unsure whether it is possible to have this ‘live’ update/refresh in which I mentioned above. Is there some sort of scheduler I missed in the settings? If so, will this only add new contacts, and not remove those who are not part of the list within hubspot anymore. Sorry if my explanation seems complex for somewhat of a simple goal, but any help or advice would be greatly appreciated! Thanks a lot!
I just set up a Zap, the purpose being to share the mp4 video, that I upload in the Drive folder to social media accounts.Here, the trigger is 'New File in Folder in Google Drive'.The first time I created the ZAP, there was only one file, which it successfully fetched. Unfortunately, it is not detecting any new files that I am uploading. Every time, I test the trigger, it is showing it found a new file, but it is only showing the old one as a different file.Whenever I try to run the ZAP manually, it is stuck at "LoadingLooking for new items...".This is very urgent for me.I am currently under paid plan and I have raised a support ticket with the support team and till now there is no response from their end. Do let me know what has gone wrong. Thanks.

The Create Request action just marks the reporter as the account that we have connected to JIRA with, which is really unhelpful. We need to be able set the reporter as the email address from a previous step. How can we configure the actual reporter?
