Zoho Campaign error: Error from halted execution, mandatory fields cannot be left blank

When using the Create Campaign action for Zoho Campaigns, this error is always raised:

Failed to create a campaign in Zoho Campaigns
Error from halted execution: Mandatory fields cannot be left blank

I have checked time and again that all fields are populated, both required and optionals, and have tried populating them using hardcoded data and dynamic data from previous steps, none have worked.

Using other actions, like Clone Campaign and Find Campaign worked, the issue appears only for Create Campaign.

Hi @rkanter

Thanks for reaching out to the Community!

To ensure we’re on the same page, could you kindly send screenshots of how you’ve configured the Zap so far? That’ll help me make sure I give you the best suggestion possible.

(If there’s any personal information, kindly blur them.)

Looking forward to your response!

Hey there @rkanter,

I did some digging, and it looks like you've already been in touch with one of our Support Specialists. It turns out that the error you're encountering is actually a bug. Here's what our Support Specialist had to say about it:

I have been doing some digging on the issue, and I see that a few other users have been running into the same problem. As it turns out, what we're seeing is a known bug.

There's a bug report in place, and I've added your contact information to it. At the moment, a workaround isn't available, but we'll get back to you right away when a fix ships for the problem.

If you have any questions or concerns about the bug, I would recommend reaching out to the Support Specialist you were previously in contact with. They will be more than happy to assist you and answer any questions you may have.

Thanks! 😊
