SMSPlanet error: Can't use custom sender name

Hi

I can only use "TEST" as a sender when communicating with SMSPlanet. If I set any custom value I get an error - unproperper sender....
Any idea what I should do to use custom values?

I’m sorry to hear you’re having trouble with your Zap.

To ensure I understand, could you elaborate more on the issue? If you can phrase it in the “When A happens in Service X, B should happen in Service Y” format, that’ll help me make sure I give you the best suggestion possible.

Also, please send screenshots of how you’ve configured the steps of the Zap so far. (If there’s any personal information, kindly blur them.)
