Hi there! 

I have set up a zap to automatically send an email when a new row has been added to a Google Sheet. However, the trigger does not activate at all.

 

I have tried the following troubleshooting measures:

  • Changed the connected Google account
  • Added new rows instead of just populating information into empty rows
  • Waiting more than 15 minutes in case this was a polling trigger (instead of instant)
  • Off and on the zap again 

 

I have attached images of my zap below.

It may be related to how your GSheet is configured.

As an alternative, you can use Airtable: https://zapier.com/apps/airtable/integrations
