How to remove tags in NationBuilder using loop

HI, I am using the NationBuilder “Update a Person” action and it will not remove tags. It will add tags but will not remove them from NationBuilder. (Don’t ask me why)I have found another action that is to “Delete a Single Tag” from a NationBuilder person. I can compare data in/data out on the “Update a Person” action to see if the tags match (hopefully, might get caught out by order but … later)So, is there any way, with a zap, to cycle through those 2 lists of tags to determine what tags are missing from the input list that are on the NB output list. Those tags are the ones I would then need to (one by one) delete.So I need 2 things:A list comparison to find the missing tags and An iterator to perform a delete tag task on each missing tagOkay - so now I try with Zapier Looping…Read the list of tags from NB (returned from update), loop through each tag, if not in the list of tags from Amalfi then delete the tag from NB… should be simple.The loop (line item or text? - both seem the sam

GatherContent > Slack Integration - Preventing multiple messages when assignees are updated

Hello!Not sure if this is possible in the current Beta version of GatherContent integration, but I am trying to send a Direct Message in Slack to team members when they are added to a GC page. My problem is that when five people are added, each of the assignees receives five messages rather than just one. I’ve played around with Zapier Filters & Paths but still am running into the same problem. Is there a way to create a conditional so that Slack only pings a colleague when specifically their account is added rather than them receiving a notification for every assignment?  E.GPerson A is added to GatherContent Page #1Person A receives Slack ping notifying them that they have been addedPerson B is added to GatherContent Page #1Person B receives Slack ping notifying them that they have been addedPerson A does not receive second notification

Client dashboard that connects with Asana

Hi - I’m an interior designer and my firm uses Asana for all of our project management.  I want to create a client dashboard that can connect with Asana via Zapier, so that we can create a simple and seamless place to share files & documents with clients, as well as centralize communications about the project.   Ideally I would like to be able to:1 - upload pdf presentations and contracts2 - ask for sign-off / approval on presentations and contracts (like a docusign)3 - add scheduling / a calendar / milestone dates (ideally with zoom integration)4 - be able to comment on each of these items (and keep all communication with client centralized here / eliminate emails)5 - have an attractive and very simple interface (many of our clients are older and tech-illiterate) Does anyone have any recommendations on the best software for doing this?  I’ve seen lots of similar offerings in healthcare, for example (like Klara), but not sure if they would translate outside of that field. Obviously

Integration with Harvest, Google Drive and Gmail

I tried to set up a Zap with Gmail but I get “unsupported...” error messaging. I am a new Harvest User and Harvest Customer support told me to look here for the answers I need. I don't have a lot of un-billable time to spend searching for answers and testing zaps so I'm hoping someone here can help. Here is what I am looking to do(1) set up a zap or other connector/app that will automatically track time spent on emails received from specified accounts so that when I open them a timer is set and ends when I send the reply.(2) set up a zap or other add-in that will track time spent working in the Google Drive Folder for my project each day. The trigger would either be opening any Google Doc, Sheet, Form or Presentation in the specified Google Drive Folder or from the time I started editing it until the time I closed it. Of course, this would need to be linked to my project in Harvest and the time submitted to the appropriate budget line.Preferably with both of these there would be a paus

Monday.com Column Change

I am looking to maintain a history of any changes made to items on a board in Monday.com in a table with itemId,  attributeID, value, and modifiedTimestamp. There is a trigger that looks for “Any Column Value Changed in Board” on the Monday.com configuration but from what I can tell it looks like this trigger sends all information for the entire item and does not identify the column that was changed. This is problematic because that would require me to write all the information for the item to a new row each time a change is made and then include logic that looks for the updated value in a subsequent process in order to populate the change log. My hope is that I missed something in the data that is produced from the trigger that identifies the changed column. Does anyone have experience with that integration that can either verify my understanding or direct me in a better course?

Searching Salesforce with webhook from Intuiface given 2 parameters

I was wondering if it is possible to search Salesforce using Zapier to find an object that equals two parameters given and return information about that object. For example, I want Intuiface to send a webhook to Zapier to search both phone number and picklist type value and if and only if both are true be able to receive that person's name and other field parameters from Sa;esforce to display on Intuiface. If one is true, I would be interested if Intuiface can get that info to let the user know which field was matched.

Submittable Zap Address to Salesforce

I am trying to create a Zap that communicates info from Submittable to Salesforce. Salesforce has very particular ways that country, city, and state codes need to be formatted otherwise it will not be inputted. Zapier support suggested I created a Vlookup table to convert the typed information from submitters to the specific codes. Does anyone have experience with this type of Zap? The vLookup table suggested seems like it would be a potentially huge project to try to create. I am not opposed to going back to Submittable and changing the way we accept information from Submitters to make this a smoother transition.

Create Lookup Table from dynamic data

Hey There! I have a client who is trying to get Shopify order data (line items) in to a Non-Profit CRM (Virtuous). In order to get the order data in to the CRM, we have to match up Line Item SKUs with a Premium ID in the CRM. We are able to query the CRM api to get a list of all Premium IDs and have a custom code in the CRM attached with the Premium for the SKUs. Initially, I wanted to use the lookup table and input all the SKUs with their respective Premium IDs in the lookup table. The client isn’t a fan of that as it creates another place where data has to be input when they create a new Premium in their CRM. What I’m essentially trying to do is to create a dynamic lookup table that takes the Premium data that I get from the CRM api and makes a lookup table on the fly each time the Zap is run so that the data is always the most current. Is there a way to do that with lookup tables or will it require code in order to accomplish that? I did find this reference which actually was pretty

Hi.I have a Zap that creates a meeting (activity) in a contact.When the meeting is rescheduled or cancelled, I want Zapier to find that meeting and rename it to “Cancelled: <original name>”.I switched from Zoho to Pipedrive. In Zoho I could search the appointment via date. In Pipedrive its not possible.How can I do it?

Hi, is there a way to select attributes in a MailUp zap?I tried to send Facebook and Google leads data as subscriber in a specific MailUp list but nor a name or a last name could be select in action trigger settings. There is only email field e nothing else but a lot of other attributes are important for marketing purpose, like name, industry e so on.I suppose that a way is possible and I’m here to ask your help,Thanks

The enroll_in_course could not be sent to Teachable from Jotforms

I have a jotform created that allows people to sign up for and purchase a course. I’m trying to create a zap that will then auto-enroll them in the course on teachable. I’m getting an error on the Required field "Email" (email) is missing. I’ve made sure that the email field is required on jotforms end, I have reconnected jotforms, reloaded all pages. I have tried using a filter between jotform but the filter fails each time. I have tried changing the condition on the field to “exists” “boolean is true” “ends with” (and then putting .com as the value). All of them fail. Again the field I’m looking for is required on jotforms end. I haven’t tried using the formatter step because it doesn’t make sense for what I’m trying to do which is take one specific, of the potentially 2, email addresses input on this jotform and use it to create and enroll a student into a course on teachable along with their name. I’m getting an error on the email address field.  I’m not sure what to do at this poi

Automatic email when item updated in Podio

Hi all, We’ve been struggling to get this Zap going and wondered if anyone had any advice? We need to send an email as soon as a item is updated to a specific status, though it seems to be working we’re not getting anything through. With Podio having the activity stream it seems it takes the status from the past activity rather than what the items current status is. Could anyone be of help please?

Enable thread conversations in slack

I am trying to effect this use case.When a message is sent by a user from one channel to another, I want all responses to that message to appear in a thread.Current situationUsing this slack trigger [New message posted to channel in Slack] to effect this action [send channel message in slack].To enable a thread conversation, in the action [send channel message in slack], I placed the “Thread ts data” from the tigger [New message posted to channel in Slack]. IssueWhenever a message is sent from Channel a, it is automatically sent to Channel B (which is what I want, great). However, when a user from channel b replies that message from channel a, the reply appears in Channel a as a new line message (see image 1 for example). What I want is to ensure that the conversations on both channels appear in a thread format (see image 2)Image 1  image 2 I look forward to your feedbacks, Zap fam.

Email id field getting appended with the letter "k"

Yesterday the integration between my google form and Salesforce was working like a dream but today there seems to be an error. the integration is happening but when a record is getting created in salesforce the email address in the email id field is getting appended with the letter “k” I tried creating a record at least 6 times and with different email addresses but each time the same error gets thrown. Any idea why ?

Zap not triggering for new webhooks sent

Segmenting new Thinkific users that don't enrol

I’ve integrated my Thinkific course with Flodesk. When students enrol, they must also sign up as a new user. However, sometimes they will sign up but then exit the page and not enrol.  The problem is, if I choose the trigger event "New User", it also includes add those who have enrolled, who I don’t to include in this segment. Is there a way to create a segment for New Users who don’t enrol? Thanks!

When passcode starts with “=“ it causes #ERROR message in Google Sheets

Hello all,I need some help please. I have a simple Zap that, among other things, takes a passcode from an email and places it in a google sheets cell.On rare occasions, the passcode starts with an equal sign “=”, which google sheets tries to interpret as a formula, and then spits out an error (#ERROR). I found this entry in the help pages, which discusses this exact issue: Information sent by the Zap appears in the spreadsheet as #ERROR If you see #ERROR in a cell where a value was sent from Zapier, it means Google is interpreting the value as a formula. Phone numbers containing a leading "+", for example, can cause this. Google Sheets then tries to calculate it and returns an error, as it's not a valid formula.This can be fixed by adding a single leading apostrophe character ' to the value being sent. This will force Google Sheets to treat the value as text. However I am not sure how I can do this How do I “add a single leading apostrophe character to the value being sent? Do I use ed

Automatically add songs from one Spotify playlist to another on a weekly basis

I travel a lot and I don’t always have the time to check my Discover Weekly and Release Radar playlists which are automatically updated by Spotify once a week. My goal is to automatically add all new tracks when the original playlists are updated so I don’t lose any new suggested tracks so I can go through new music once I get a chance.I know there’s a service called “SmarterPlaylists” but it is far from perfect: it adds some weird tracks to my playlists and there is no way to make it automatically check for the updates every week.Hopefully there’s a way to do it in Zapier or some other way.Thanks!

Google Sheets column headers all appearing in one field

Hi all, hopefully the screens will demonstrate the issue. everything was super smooth up to this stage. Whether all headers having a ‘1’ in front of them is creating the issue, I’m not sure. There seems no way to get rid of the numbering if this is the issue. I simply want each header to occupy its own field on the spreadsheet as it should do. Thanks
