I am using Amazon Polly to convert text into audio speech. I want to stream the audio on a website as an mp3. The Zapier Polly integration produces a file, that once clicked, downloads the mp3. How do I get an mp3 url instead of a link to a file download ?
Hi, I am trying to get my head around something here. I have set up a ‘Mailchimp Status’ column in Airtable to automatically provides the ‘Status’ i.e. “Subscribed”, “Cleaned”, “Unsubscribed” of an email address in Mailchimp. This way I can easily keep track of who in our database is currently receiving our mailouts, who has opted out, and which emails are bouncing. I have a Zap set up which triggers when a subscriber is created or updated on Mailchimp. This in turn finds the corresponding record on my Airtable base and updates the ‘Mailchimp Status’ field with the ‘Status’ output data from Mailchimp. So far so good, I have data appearing in my Airtable column. My issue however is that for some reason, instead of showing “subscribed” it is showing “subscribe”, and I can’t figure out why. When I am testing the steps in Zapier, the status output from Mailchimp shows as ‘subscribed’, but when it’s hitting my database in reality it is showing ‘subscribe’. This is obviously a minor issue
Hi everyone, I hope you could help me because I have been stuck with my zap for 2 days. My goal is to update a googlesheet when I have a new row. For this, I have 1 sheet with my country 1 correspondance sheet (in the same document) with the country and the territory associated.I manage to create my zap and with the help of the LOOKUP action the right form, sheets, columns and data are found. Howevere when I want to test and continue my zap I have an error message saying there id no data (see attachment). I don’t undretsand why because in the steps above Zapier was “showing” me the right data, so it could be read. Can anyone please help me? Thank you in advance,Best regards,Agathe
Hello,I’m a total newbie in making Zaps with Zapier. My company uses Cyfe to view various KPIs.Now we have got an app which we get analytics data on with Firebase.I want to be able to view these data in Cyfe like ‘How many active user do we got in the app’ and how is some of the events in the app performing.It looks like I can achieve this with Zapier, but I don’t know how to set up the triggers to accomplish what I want and can’t find documentation that are helping me in this case.To sum up what I want is to get analytics data from Firebase to be viewable in Cyfe.Any kind soul who can give me some pointers on how to achive that?
I’m trying to filter my Gmail inbox with Zapier instead of the native filters, because Zapier’s logic is more robust. However, one problem I have is adding a Filter step with complex and/or conditions. For example:Only continue if…From Email … (Text) Contains … [company domain]To Emails … (Text) Does not contain … [my email]Subject … (Text) Contains … “Newsletter” OR "Weekly" OR "Monthly" OR "Quarterly" OR "Update"Subject … (Text) Does not contain … “Urgent” OR “Action Required” OR “Please Read” As far as I can tell, Filter by Zapier would require multiple, repetitive “OR” blocks to set the above conditions. Hey There,I wanted to create a Zap from Digistore24 to google sheets.As soon as a purchase was made it should trigger a search for an E-Mail Adress in Google sheets. If it is there than update the row. If not, than create a new one. I know how to create a new row if the mail already exists but I dont understand how to update another cell of a existing row. We have a zap that fires every time someone registers to one of our webinars.However, users can often register to multiple webinars within a few minutes, and that triggers the zap multiple times minute after minute.This isn’t giving our CRM system on the receiving end of the data enough time to process each new webinar information and is getting wiped by the new incoming webinar data one minute later. How can I add some buffer time between the same user entering the zap multiple times to allow the end system to catch up?

Hi!I’m trying to transfer videos from a Vimeo channel to a YouTube channel. The videos are already online on Vimeo.Does any of you has a Zap-trick to use? I’ve tried the Zap “Upload video in YouTube when new video I've liked in Vimeo”, thinking that I could like all the videos present on my Vimeo channel to make them upload on my YouTube channel. But that (of course) only helps if I want to send a trigger signal to my YouTube followers to go and see my video the video on Vimeo.Is it only possible to upload the same video from the one I’ve like on Vimeo? Or to find a way to merge content AFTER something has been published? (I’m trying to avoid downloading them all onto my computer or onto GoogleDrive).Hope someone has a great tip, that would make me super zapi :)
I have a Zap which uses Buffer as a task to schedule post to an Instagram account. However, I get this error when I test that step. The task has just some text, a scheduled time and an image.“The app returned "The web server reported a gateway time-out error.".The strange thing is the task works fine and the message is posted to buffer. Anyone any idea what’s going on or would it have anything to do with the attached image?
Hi Zapier community, I’m facing an issue which I can’t comprehend. Can you please look into the error message below and see if you have an idea where the mistake may be lying?As the title indicates, what I’m trying to accomplish is that every time a new record is created on Insightly, Zapier checks whether that contact already exists on HubSpot (by checking its email address). If it doesn’t already exist on HubSpot, then it should be created. If it already exists, no further action is required.When I manually create a new contact on Insightly it works perfectly well. Once another user created an account on Insightly… I got this error message. Please let me know if you need any further information to analyze this case.Thank you very much.Kindly,Paulo
I have a Zap to create contracts from project records in an Airtable base. While creating the Zap, the email output is correct, showing “firstname.lastname@example.org”, but when I send it through PandaDoc, I get: “The app returned “validation_error” And it looks like Zapier is sending through the email as “fields__Email” instead of the email address itself: I hardcoded the email and the document went through just fine. Any guesses on why dynamic values for the “Client” email isn’t working?
I have a Gravity form on my client website, with a set of checkboxes (for workshops that the contact is registering). I would like to have those checkboxes automatically add a correlated tag to the contact when it is added to my list in CC. Is there a way?Before, I was using Mailchimp, and the way it was handled is by creating a set of groups, each correlated to a workshop/checkbox. And in the Feed Settings, there is a category called Groups, where I could set conditions (if “Select your Workshop” is B, assign contact to Group B)
Hello, I am looking to create a simple bot where I can have users enter information in discord using a specific format, and with that format have Zapier register each line of the format as discord data to insert each line in a new column of the same row. Is this doable? If so what method should I use? I noticed when they send one message it only shows up as the general content.

I have tested Zapier for about a month or so, and have noticed that the pricing is not really supportive towards small developers. Billed annually doesn’t make much sense to me, seeing how many small apps are just starting off and do not yet have the user-base to require such a one-size fits all. Even the giant Google has a tiered pricing system with firebase, and they allow you to pay as you grow.Does Zapier support small developers, or are only established and successful businesses allowed to maintain zaps?The truth is, almost all the zaps could be created free with a little code, as you well know. And, for small developers, the option to spend the extra time on the code or pay for an entire year when they do not even know if the app will succeed, will almost always lead them to just spend the time to create the code in their apps themselves.It may be wise for you guys to come up with
I’d like to automatically open a browser window whenever a new line is added to a Sheet - using the URL found in that new line in the Sheet. The Sheet side is very straight forward. However, does anyone know if it’s possible to link the zap to a browser so a new window is automatically opened? I’m thinking a chrome extension may be involved in the solution as there needs to be some kind of link to the relevant user’s browser. However, I’ve not found a supported browser, and the Zapier chrome extension itself does not appear to offer this functionaility.

Hi,I am developing a Woocommerce website.When a user purchases a subscription product they need to be invited to the Discord server and given the specific premium role.Every month or three months or year (depending on what they purchased) there needs to be a check done to see if the client has renewed their subscription. If the subscription was renewed then nothing needed to be done. BUT if the user did not pay then the premium role needs to be removed from the users account and they go back to the free section of the server.Can this be done through zapier?Please let me knowThanks in advance, Joel.
We recently connected ScheduleOnce & HubSpot with Zapier and we are wondering if this is possible? I checked the Zapier database: https://zapier.com/apps/scheduleonce/integrations/hubspot but it seems the function we need is not applicable.Ideally we want:-can we add new sales reps into the integration-or can we create a deal in that sales person’s pipeline everytime someone book an appointment in ScheduleOnce?Hoping for your assistance.
