I have an existing csv file of approx 800 rows (user data...includes email addresses). I want to create a zap that auto-enrolls all those people in a Teachable course. I know how to use Zapier to add someone to Teachabel when a new row gets added to a spreadsheet (say a Google sheet), but can't figure out how to structure the zap do a 1 time bulk add with every row in that spreadsheet. Any ideas for me? Is this possible?
I am using Zapier to relay leads from Gravity Forms to our CRM. Despite have a reCAPTCHA on the form, some bots are still get through. And almost always, the entire form submission is in Russian.Is there a way to filter out these spam forms? Perhaps by filtering out certain characters/letters only used in the Russian language?
I created a zap that --almost-- works perfectly. But…Custom fields I create with the Modern Events Calendar (MEC) plugin aren’t available to push to Constant Contact (CC)Custom fields I create in CC aren’t available as target zap options.MEC uses a NAME structure and CC uses FIRST NAME / MIDDLE / LAST NAMESo the best I can do is a hack - mush NAME incorrectly into something like MIDDLE and BOOKING EVENT TITLE into another random field like PREFIX NAME. Hence I’ll have to clean up the data later, making the zap kind of pointless.The goal being that users that register for an event in MEC populate either a particular list or can be segmented later in CC. So minimum success (above a hack) would be populating MEC’s EVENT TITLE into a custom field in CC.MEC does provide hooks (https://webnus.net/dox/modern-events-calendar/mec-hooks/) so there may be a plugin customization that works outside zapier?grateful for any insights!

What is the next step for us to add each piece of information to a separate column? Is there a mapping setting I am missing? Thank you!
I want to manage and move file uploaded from a form into a Dropbox Folder. I’d like to use this Zap every week.But with different folders. I’d avoid to go into the Zap to change every week the folder.I’d prefer to locate the folder using some words I take from the form. I mean: in the form there’s the word “John”, so the folder would be the “John” one.To realise this I thought to be able to write in Dropbox folder name using “Custom” value and concatenating the name of the folder using the value Zapier took from the form, but I noticed it doesn’t work. So, to locate a folder in Dropbox using Custom values needs to change something in the normal formatting?
I am looking for a way to trigger when a folder moves from one parent folder to another, but the only available triggers only seem to work when the file/folder is first created. Does anyone know if this is possible? Thanks in advance.
Greetings, I’m getting the following error when trying to connect my Upwork account: Oh, foo.Zapier could not connect to your account.The `None` parameter is missing from the querystring.I’ve tried disconnecting and connecting again several times, but I always get the same error. I have created a Zap that has a trigger “New or Updated Spreadsheet Row (Team Drive) in Google Sheets”. This Zap was used to trigger only when the Google Sheet gets a new row or an existing row is updated.But yesterday, we created views on the Google Sheet and added filters. We also used sorting. I’m not sure, but any of these action triggered the Zap. We got 1,500 tasks in a bulk on Zapier and fortunately they all are on hold by Zapier.So I want to know if the use of views, sorting, filters can trigger the Zap?
Hey guys, As I’m sure many of you know google cloud print is no more. I need an alternative and wanted to ask if any of you have something else you use now with zapier?I don’t have a Chromebook or box so can’t do a work around that iv’e seen mentioned. Can we get zapier to email a file to a printer with another software?
I am setting up a Zap and running into a 409 error. Any ideas on how to fix this? Trigger1. New Contact in Zillow Tech Connect Action2. Create Contact in Keller Williams Command - this is where the 409 error states duplicate email address. If I archive and then delete the sample contact in KW Command the error still occurs.
I would like to create a Zap that triggers a task on my host server when a paypal payment is made. Ideally, the Zap would send the payer’s name and email address to my local task, which would add this information to a local database. Any ideas on how to achieve this? Thanks!
Hey there, is there a way to set up a Zap that synchs activities between Hubspot CRM and Freshsales?Specifically, I’m wanting the emails that have been sent from Hubspot (or synch’d to the Contact record in HubSpot from Gmail) to show up in the Lead record in Freshsales. Also, would like “notes” and the “call logs” synch’d Freshsales.The use case is we’re outsourcing some sales prospecting activities, and the sub uses Hubspot. We use Freshsales. And, it would great to have a full synch on prospecting activities (emails, call logs, notes) between the two systems. Thanks for your responses!
Im looking for the ability to vary the content in an email based based on non-qualitative data from a trigger. When I say non-qualitative I mean: I dont want the trigger to be the source of the content which the email uses. so: IF trigger value A = 1 then put ‘A bit of content’IF trigger value A = 2 then put ‘A different bit of content’I dont want to have to send ‘A bit of content’ and ‘A different bit of content’ in the trigger I hope this makes sense Currently I see 2 options:Create a ‘path’: Super arduous as potentially have to manually copy over and maintain any additional settings and steps following the email Use Zapier Storage: I could use Zapier storage by setting up a seperate Zap which defines a value using a Google sheet, then call upon that value in my main Zap, but this seems very round about.I feel like I am missing something, I assumed there would be a Zapier utillity where you can add written content to a step and then push that value to furthr steps if corrisponding cr
Under Set up action, Event Info there is a large form. When I click in to a field I get I seem to have to choose one of them but it completly puzzles me what, where, when. Searching the community and google didn’t help me either. If somebody could enlighten me, I’ll be for ever grateful!X
My team and I are curious about trying to sort out a problem related to creating new rows on Sheets through Pipefy.It happens that when the trigger “Move a card (Pipefy) → Create a new row (Sheets)” is set, Zapier creates new rows for every card moved. What I mean is that it doesn’t just fill the blank spaces with information, but rather creates new rows (wich means new content) all the time.The problem itself shows whenever you try to set links and references between a new second sheet and contents within the sheet that data from Zapier are put, and this is causing me tremendous problems.Would anyone know if (and how) it is possible to create reliable references to the sheets data from Zapier is put? More specifically, considering Zapier adds new rows, every reference would change to be one cell below what used to be, and this is the major (but not only) problem I am dealing with.Thanks in advance!
