How to send email when Stripe subscription is canceled?

Hi,

How do I automatically send an email to a customer via Sendfox when he cancels his subscription?

There is integration with Sendfox but I fail to see a “send email” command. Are there any workarounds?

Hey there, @rokinisgritinis! I wanted to pop in and confirm as Troy mentioned there isn’t a supported action for this in SendFox at the moment. 😔

There is however a template for Stripe and Gmail for this exact workflow!

Good question.

SendFox is for newsletters.

The type of email notification you are trying to send is referred to as a transactional email.

Try using a different email app to send the email. (e.g. Gmail or these apps: https://zapier.com/apps/categories/transactional-email)
