SMTP error: Authentication failed: Connection unexpectedly closed: timed out

I wanted to connect a ne smtp by zapier, but everytime I try it I get an error.

What I am doing wrong?

@SamB : I send a message to Zapier and they could help me. I had used the wrong Port..Port 465 is not available… so I used the Port 587 and the right hostname now it works. 😁
