I have a Zap created that triggers when a contact in pipelinepro books an appointment that should trigger off a Docusign Template for signatures. It worked yesterday but is not working today and says
Could not create signature request: INVALID_USERNAME_FOR_RECIPIENT: The user name for the recipient is invalid. The user name is invalid for recipient. When creating a template I see nowhere to create a username, only a Role which was selected in the Zap settings. I don’t know what to do and am especially bugged that it works and now doesn’t work.
