Hi All,

I want to update a comments field under the contacts object in Salesforce, when the comments field in ClickUp is updated.

Is this possible?

Thank you.

These are the available Triggers for ClickUp via Zapier

https://zapier.com/apps/clickup/integrations#triggers-and-actions

[ADVANCED] Otherwise, you’d have to use webhooks available via the ClickUp API: https://clickup.com/api

@Troy Tessalone Thank you. Just curious now if a text field update in ClickUp will be considered as “Task Changes”.

Thank You.

When in doubt, test it out.

Hi there @reports - Thanks for the question! It looks like altering custom fields is considered “Task Changes.” - Could you give it a shot and let me know if that worked for you? If not, I’ll ask our Support team for more details. Thanks!

Hi @reports!

I wanted to check in with you on this one, since we didn't hear back after our last message. Did you still need help here or were you able to resolve things? Please let us know :)
