123FormBuilder Trigger partner failure: The app returned "Server Error".

This has been going since yesterday afternoon and causing disruption to my business.

Excuse my ignorance but is the problem at the 123From builder end and how to resolve?

From Zapier

That error means that we are unable to poll 123FormBuilder for new submissions due to a server error. Server issues are usually temporary and may resolve on their own when the overload on the server reduces.

There should be no data loss as subsequent successful polls should find the submissions that were missed by the errored polls. If the issue still persists after a while, do let me know as I may have to report this to the integration developers.

Hi @Marc NZ

Good question.

The 123FormBuilder status page doesn’t indicate any issues: https://status.123formbuilder.com/

As a workaround, try using Webhooks: https://www.123formbuilder.com/docs/webhooks/

The Zap trigger would be Webhook Catch Hook which will generate the unique webhook URL to put in 123FormBuilder.

Thank you Troy.

Now it is saying in Zapier that the zap could not be switched on

Step 1 - New Submission in 123FormBuilder

The app returned "Server Error".

Is this a Zapier issue? 123 from builder are saying no issue their end

@Marc NZ

There may be an Zap integration issue with 123FormBuilder.

FYI: Most Zap app integrations are created and maintained by the app developer, not by Zapier.

I’d recommend using the workaround…

Hey @Marc NZ! Just wanted to step in here from the Zapier side. 🙂 As our support team mentioned, 500 errors are temporary server issues and they generally happen on the app partner’s side. Think of them as a temporary slowdown in how quickly they send/receive data. No data will be lost, it’s just moving at a slower pace than usual. I would recommend contacting the 123FormBuilder support team if you continue to run into this. In my experience, I rarely see these timeouts last for more than an hour. If that’s happening, their team should have more information for you. 🙏

Best of luck and keep us posted!
