Hi, 

 

We are sending NDA’s out from DocuSign and would like to automate the sending of a document from Docsend once the NDA is signed. 

 

Is there a trigger that begins with the completion of a DocuSign envelope that executes the sending of a document via DocSend?

Hi @R360, it’s not currently possible to trigger a Zap from a signed document in Docusign, sorry about that. We do have a feature request open for that addition and I’ve added you as an interested user on that. That lets the team know how many users would like to see that trigger and also means that you’ll get an email if we have an update on that.

I’m excited to share that it’s now possible to trigger a Zap when a document is signed in the Docusign app! 🎉

Thanks so much for your patience on this. The New Docusign Connect Event trigger includes a Signed Document event, that will allow your Zap to trigger as soon as a document is signed.
