I was sent an email before my subscription renewed. I downgraded to the free plan. But now I see I was charged a yearly fee. I have tried in the past to get a response from their sales team, or anyone...and never heard back. How do I get a refund?

You can reach our support team for billing questions on the “Get Help” page. Scroll to the bottom and you’ll find the “Accounts, pricing, and billing” section.
Just a heads up, you’ll need to be logged in using the email originally associated with the account.
