How do I create a MemberPress user when a unique Salesforce record exists?

Looking for a solution for a particular usecase:

  1. Member visits site X
  2. Enters a unique identifying record (eg email or account ID)
  3. System verifies this against an existing SF record
  4. If record exists, return full object to MemberPress and create user
  5. If record does not exist, return error/false.

Is this possible with Zapier’s tools? Thank you.
