You can see from the screenshots (ss), my data is 8:00 AM (start time), the program read it as 8:00AM at first but after a few seconds it changes to 8:00PM?! super confusedI’ve tried updating the timezone on my zapier account, but it didn’t change anything Can anyone help me find what is wrong and how to solve this?Thank you so much Note:1. I have an incentive for paying in full for a program in Thrivecart. The incentive is access to an additional course program in Mighty Networks. I’ve tried to zap this together Thrivecart pay in full trigger with enroll in a specific course via Mighty Networks. I get this error when I test: Failed to create a member in Mighty NetworksThe app returned "Invalid Emails: firstname.lastname@example.org". In fact, I’ve tried to enroll customers in other courses on the mighty network this way -- from Thrivecart purchases -- and same problem. I actually ran through a test of my funnel and everything works fine except this. I can’t seem to connect the Mighty Network to anything. Please help! :)
Howdy! I’ve been having trouble with google sheets not formatting my dates correctly. It has a correct input value, but the output value does not match the input. All other columns are formatted correctly in the output, it is just the one with the date. What else is weird is that I have another branch to update a row, and when I update the date there, it formats it correctly. In both branches, the data is gotten from the same variable. What is happening here, and is there a way to get around this?
Hi, I sent a support ticket to Zapier Support more than two days ago but no one responded. Today I sent another one but did not even receive the automated response. I’m not sure what’s up. I have not experienced this problem before. Anyone knows what’s going on?

When I forward an email to zapier that then goes into a Notion Database, I’m having issues with the “Content” field in Notion. I have the Zap set on that field to to “Body Plain”. When I send an email to zapier, it creates the notion database item however, the content has a lot of HTML text with some plain text mixed in.I’m trying to figure out how to get the actual body of the email to come across so that it looks the same. Any tips or ideas on this? I’m using Spark email as my client email. I wish Spark would create a “Service” for notion :).

Hello, I created a zap with the trigger : New deal in Hubspot, the action: Get Many Spreadsheet Rows to select a specific cell and a third zap : Update Spreadsheet Row in Google Sheets.The first two work very well but for the update, I have an error message that appears: "Failed to create a spreadsheet row in Google SheetsThere was an error writing to your Google sheet. Although i love the new editor for allowing me to not turn the zap off while developing, i think that Zapier as a company has made a huge mistake and taking a step back by changing the way that catch hooks work. you'll need to have the Zap Editor open with the webhook URL displayed. While leaving that window open, you'll want to send a new webhook to Zapier and then try loading more samples. Why is this an issue?100% of the time, in my use case, I DO NOT CONTROL WHEN THE TEST POST IS DELIVERED. I work with lead providers, which are posting leads to me, i do this so i can control the delivery of those leads to my individual employees. When I am onboarding a lead provider i DO NOT have control over when they are posting a test lead. This means that when I am building a new zap, I must rely on being in the same chrome tab with the zap open on the webhooks tab in the test section in order to retrieve the lead information. I am trying to create a trigger so when a payment is added to an invoice in Xero another action happens however our client puts payments into specific accounts none of which are listed in zapier, only standard ones such as ACCRECPAYMENT as such it is not picking up on any payments can anyone advise on a solution Thanks
I’ve created a Zap for the following:New event created in Outlook Calendar A Filter in Zap = Does not contain “Viva” Create event in Outlook Calendar BWhen the event is created in Outlook Calendar B, the meeting title is not populating and there isn’t a “TITLE” field available in Zapier to map the information as the meeting title versus an e-mail subject line.I think it’s because the Zap is looking for an E-MAIL similar to the way Google Calendar works… and Outlook and Google Calendar do not operate in the same manner.Any thoughts on how to map the fields so that the meeting title on Calendar A is carried over to the new event created on Calendar B?There doesn’t seem to be any additional fields that work as the “title” of the meeting.Here’s a link to the Zap, https://zapier.com/shared/de2acc5e52b30fe5b20eae9958d0438c4c6dac1e
Trying to subscribe a Customer to a Product using Zapier and Stripe. I am able to set a trigger in Zap for “New Customer in Stripe”, and I can create a Payment Link but no invoice or payment link is sent to the Customer. There is no action to subscribe the Customer into a Product or Subscription. Am I missing something?
Hello, I have created a zap with GitHub and my app. I am able to receive data from GitHub when an issue is created. When i go to my zap history i am able to see the zap runs as Success message. in case of an issue in my API, I am able to see Stopped message due to error. The problem that I face is that I am not able to see any message at all in the history in case I have revoked permission to zapier app in my GitHub account and then create an issue. Is there a way for the user in zapier to know that the account authentication is not working and the user has to re-authenticate the GitHub account. How does the zapier user knows whether the accounts in the zap is having authentication issue?IM
I created 2 zaps, both involving ManyChat and Calendly in them and they were created when I was on trial period(Pro version if I am not mistaken). The zaps contain 3 steps, hence making it unachievable for free version.When my trial period ended, I upgraded my plan and tried to publish the zap again, but it returns the error ‘disabled due to system or configuration error’. I tried deleting the zap and recreate it again but then I got the same error.There are already some topic posted regarding this error but they do not seem to provide any solution. Also attached is the screenshot of the error received. Would highly appreciate you assistance, I might fail my university project if I couldn’t solve this :(
Hello!So I have Data coming in from Apify, where all my values are in one singular field, separated by commas. I need the values to end up in separate columns in my Google Sheets. So I went with what I thought was a fairly straightforward process:I added a Formatter - Text - Split Text Action in between my Apify Trigger & Google Sheets Action. The formatter action looks like this: When running the test action, the results seem to be decent: But then, once I go into the next step, where I’m hoping to see 60 different items in the “Formatter” options when setting my Google Sheets columns, I’m still seeing the same value in the results as in the original Apify result - all of the values next to each other, with commas separating them: What am I doing wrong here? How can I properly split these values into different fields?
I am trying to create leads on Zoho CRM from a Linkedin Lead Gen Form - but when I try to connect to Zoho I am getting the following error: Field name ‘access_token’ not found in OAuth2 results Zoho have told me it’s an issue with Zapier. I have connected other Zoho accounts in this manner without issue, any ideas?

I’ve checked blog post content and it all looks ok. I use elementor with wordpress. Is there something I’m missing please? TIA!
Hello very good, I need help, I have a zap made between facebook leads. and salesforce, if I test the zap, it works correctly, if I transfer the zap (bulk mode) also works. But the problem I have is that when a facebook lead enters is not automatically inserted into salesforce (the zap is on).What could be happening?

The problem occurs when I want to map the Lead Owner with the Task Owner field. I set up a first step “Find Module Entry in Zoho CRM” and then as second step “Create Module Entry in Zoho CRM”. I am trying to Create a Simple Zap from tractions tools as the trigger. Everything seems to be linked correctly but when I test it, a To-Do gets pulled that isn’t a real To do in Traction tools and it doesn't seem any of my actual To Do s. Anyone else having this issue or is the Traction Tools Best just not working?
