Act-On error: The app returned "There was an issue in upsert_record_write.

Hoping someone else here is also using Act-On and has had experience with this same issue. I keep getting the same error on a lot of my zap runs (see image below) but Act-On has not been any help and I’m not even sure what it means. Has anyone seen this same error before and if so, how did you fix it? Thanks in advance!!

Monday.com error: Please provide a valid email address or subcriber_uid and list_uid

We set up webhook able for us to get the leads from one of out list in buiderall mailing list and put them on or Monday board CRM. We choose: Retrieve Poll Trigger in order to get data from our mailingboss list each time there's a new lead and put t hem on Monday board. I hope I explain well to what we want to achieve. Google Docs error: The app returned "File not found

Saw this thread from a few months back and looks like I’m hitting the same problem still today…Thread: “Google Docs error: The app returned "File not found: 1FA5jnpDX2_dlvbQ-1jds--T7oAwe9RI7HPCFCBKLhuw"”Basic summary is when creating a google doc from a template the doc will load in correctly to my drive but it throws an error message on my zap saying it didn’t find the file… this is an issue because after a number of fails Zapier will turn off the Zap Top pic shows my error… bottom 2 shows my doc doing into my correct folder and the template getting filled in correctly with the fields i needed to auto populateI was thinking about trying a work around where I keep everything in My google drive and then just end by texting myself to move the folders over to the team drive but I’d rather avoid this if I can 😏Anybody have a better answer or workaround let me know!

Asana error: The app returned "message": "task: Not a recognized ID"

Hello, I’m trying to connect webflow forms with asana, so that any filled form will automatically be entered into asana. However, Zapier is giving me this error: The app returned `{"message":"task: Not a recognized ID: 0"} What happened: Executing creates.task_section.operation.perform with bundle {"message":"task: Not a recognized ID: 0"} Console logs: ` as error, which we cannot read. Any idea how to solve that issue? Kind regards,Ben

Can't see Outlook 365 folders when trying to feed new contacts from Outlook to Brevo (formerly Sendiunblue)

"tasks" count doesn't match the number of tasks done

I have a Zap set up to save an attachment to a specific folder. I have noticed that my tasks limit runs out way before I expect it to. The way it works is this: every time I send an invoice, my invoicing software auto bcc’s it to me. When Zapier sees the attachment (always subject beginning “Invoice: xxx”), it saves it. This month, I’ve issued 17 invoices. So why does Zapier tell me that the Zap’s been activated 32 times? How can I check exactly what it’s done, to troubleshoot?Alternatively,  I could change the trigger – but how do i tell it to look out for any PDF attachment with a three digit number? My invoices are, for example, just called 852.pdf, and I can’t change that.Thanks

Zapier Tables won't load new test data

I have had loads of new entries in the Table, but for some reason when I go to load test data for a zap which is triggered by a new row added to the table, only the first 3 rows are showing as test data. I have tried clicking “find new records”but it keeps returning ‘’no more records found”. You can see in the screenshots below, there are more records in the table but only 3 records showing. The 3 records showing in the test data are the first 3 rows (1,2 and 3 from the table), but no matter what I do I can’t load the new test data.12 records in the tableOnly 3 records showing as test dataDoes anyone have any ideas what I am doing wrong?

Issue with Formulas in Google Sheets - Look Up and Update spreadsheet row

Hi Zapier Community!I’m having issues with a basic lookup and updated google sheet feature and I am not sure if it is because I am using a formula in the spreadsheet or not. Background: I am trying to connect a recital program spreadsheet with a recital award database spreadsheet. I want to be able to pull the number of recitals a student has done from the database to the program spreadsheet. I have part of the process working, but pulling the number of recitals from the database to the program spreadsheet. So far, I have the trigger as a new spreadsheet row added to the program spreadsheet. The first action is looking up the spreadsheet row in the recital database spreadsheet and creating a row in the database if a student isn’t found (their first recital). The formula I am using is a CountIf formula with the range always staying the same and the criteria is the student’s name. Every time they play in a recital, there name is added to the list and then the CountIf formula counts how m

Some AirTable fields do not show up as Action options when linking to Google Sheets?

I am trying to update a Google sheet when I add or update a record in AirTable; however when I go through the mapping process when setting up the action, some of my fields (two URL fields and 1 date field) do not show up as options to map. These cells have contents in AirTable. I have also tried to update the zap, refresh the fields, completely recreate the zap, and attempt both with empty AT cells and filled AT cells. Nothing is working. Any advice?

Microsoft Outlook error: Unable to retrieve the list of emails, the request user "inbox" is invalid

I’m trying to set up a new Zap that will be triggered by a new email being received in my inbox in Outlook. When I test the trigger, it returns the message “No email found.”Things I’ve tried:Leaving the “shared inbox” field under Trigger blank → “no email found.” Entering my email address in the “shared inbox” field → “no email found.” Entering the word “Inbox” in the “shared inbox” field → “unable to pull emails...error code: error while retrieving: unable to retrieve the list of emails: the requested user “inbox” is invalid.Please help. I feel like setting up a Zap with a new email as a trigger should be so simple. What am I doing wrong?Thank you.

Text in Formatter not finding/replacing text

Please remember that this is a public forum and to remove any sensitive information prior to posting.Hey folks,  I have a zap to take a podcast description from my RSS feed, strip out certain text, replace it with other text, and post to IG. For whatever reason I can’t seem to get it to function properly. My goal is to have the title of the show added to the post, the targeted text removed and replaced. Any thoughts as to what I’m doing wrong?

Zap isn't picking up all fields from Pipefy "New Database Record" when adding a row to Microsoft Excel.

I am attempting to integrate pipefy with excel using zapier. I want to add new entries from my database in pipefy  to a new row in excel. Here is my databaseand here is my zapAs you can see zapier does not pick up any data from the name, salary, and email fields in my database, only the title field. Can anyone help me?

YouTube error: The app returned "Media type 'text/plain' is not supported.

I have tried to set up a Zap that transfers new videos in a Facebook group to youtube.I have set it up like this“new video” trigger delay of two hours (so that the zap doesn’t fail due to the video still being recorded) create video in youtube and then some other stuff that is not relevant for this question.For some reason the third step keeps failing with this error message: “The app returned "Media type 'text/plain' is not supported.".”. I have tried appending all types of data to the “video” field (the video file itself) in youtube, but this keeps happening, no matter what the data type.Any ideas on what i should feed into youtube to make it accept the facebook group video?

Google Spreadsheet X ClickUp integration - duplicated tasks created

I have created a Zap using “New Spreadsheet Row in Google Sheets” as the trigger and “Create Task in ClickUp” as action.The idea is that every time someone includes a new row in a Google Sheets worksheet, a new task in ClickUp would be created. However, this was not working as planned, as tasks were either not being created in CU at all, or (more frequently), being duplicated. At first, I read in a forum that what could be causing this problem is the fact that the worksheet had filters applied on it. As this was an important feature for the team’s organisation, I tried the following workaround: creating a hidden worksheet that would replicate the original one (by using a simple formula - “=WorkSheetName!CorrespondingCell”), applying the trigger to this hidden worksheet instead, and changing it to “New or Updated Spreadsheet Row in Google Sheets”. However, I still had the same issue of tasks being duplicated on CU.Does anyone know how to fix this?obs.: I’m on a free plan, so I don’t hav

Question about Coping text from any document - getting ChatGPT quota error

I wanted to upload pictures on instagram automatically. But I have a problem. Please solve it :) I want to save lots of sentences anywhere and whenever Zap start to operate, one sentence is randomly copied and I want to paste it on caption for picture that I want to upload. I think best way is to use chat gpt every time , but i don’t know why it’s not possible because of quota error (?)If you also know about this error, please let me know too. Xero error: Invoice Type must be specified. A Contact must be specified for this type of transaction.

I have successfully got our orders coming into xero from shopify but it does not bring the shipping costs.  I found an old article suggesting to use “Add item to existing sales invoice in xero” however I get an error.  The email notification from Zap is “A validation exception occurred, Invoice Type must be specified, A Contact must be specified for this type of transaction” however Contact and Invoice Type are not an option in this new Zap section ‘Add tiem to existing sales invoice in xero”.  All old forum topics are no longer available. Can anyone help with what Im doing wrong or even point me in the direction if I should be trying another method. Thanks heaps.

Planfix to Gmail: Contact data not transferring despite successful tests.

I tried in every way to get contact data from my planfix in order to send the necessary data further to gmail, but the data never came to my zapier. I am attaching screenshots (all data is fictitious) so that you can see that the contacts have been created (already after connecting to zapier), but when I try to make a test, the data is not received and I see the same thing in zapier all the time. Can't change Microsoft account linked to Zapier ChatGPT integration

Hello everyone,I need assistance with changing the Microsoft account associated with my Zapier integration for ChatGPT. Currently, I have a Zap set up from Microsoft 365 to ChatGPT, but I want to switch it to a different Microsoft account. However, I am encountering some difficulties in doing so.Here is what I have tried so far:I attempted to delete the connection to Microsoft 365 within Zapier. However, when I recreate the connection, it automatically links to the same Microsoft account I used previously, without giving me the option to choose a different account. I also tried selecting a different account within the Zap, but it consistently authorizes the previous account without providing me the opportunity to enter different credentials. Additionally, I deleted the account from the App connections page, but this did not resolve the issue.I would greatly appreciate any insights or ideas you may have on how to resolve this situation. The Close Smart View trigger isn't working consistently in Zapier.

I use Smart Views in Close CRM (they are like standing search queries which show Leads/Contacts matching certain filters, e.g. emailed me yesterday - the list of contacts matching the filters changes dynamically).Objective: I want to send the list of leads for each ‘smart view’ to Hubspot and tag each lead with a field identifying the smart field it is in.  e.g. I have a smart view: Leads who emailed me yesterday.  In Hubspot I have a field “Smart View” which would show “Leads who emailed me yesterday”.Work Thus far:**Zapier for Close has an exact trigger for this - “New Lead in Search Query / Smart View in Close” which unfortunately only seems to work some of the time.  The test cases always work, and I’ve been able to trigger it a few times, but often it does not trigger.I assume this is because of how Close updates the smart views OR is related to timing in some way.  I’m not sure, but I cannot figure out what the cases are where it does or does not trigger.  Zapier has a 15m pollin

Instagram to Discord: Preview appears in test, but not when published.

Hey all,As seen in the image below when I die the test it showed an embed but when I tried to post on Instagram to test if it would automatically post in the channel it didn’t show anything.i read that there were issues 4 months ago, but why does it then sometimes work and then all of a sudden not? thanks in advance!kind regardsLaCie  As you can see in the first picture this was when setting it up and I tested it before publish.the second picture at the bottom is when I posted new Instagram reel to test if it would automatically post it.
