In my automation, step number 1 is a Gumroad sale and step number 2 is called "update or create contact on Active Campaign". The latter does not see a custom field I set on Gumroad called "Email dell'invitato".

What can I do?

We would need to see detailed screenshots with how your Zap steps are configured.

Some apps don’t support custom fields in Zaps.
