I have the same issue and can’t figure out why. We sell a service, so there is neither shipping, nor is there shipping tax, nor is there tax.  Can you help please? This is crazy making.

This error usually happens when the selected data in the “Deposit To Account” field might not have been set as an asset account in QuickBooks Online. Can you take a quick look into QuickBooks to confirm if the selected account’s type is a bank or asset? If it’s not, are you able to change its account type or try selecting a different account in the Zap to see if that fixes it?
