Google Drive New File submissions

I have read up on:
https://help.zapier.com/hc/en-us/articles/8495965264397-Common-Problems-with-Google-Drive#01H7Z2DX5M7PASBJ6E19PZH12T

Does this mean if I took a picture on my phone 5 months ago, and then uploaded it to Google Drive today, that is would not trigger because the image was created > 4 days ago?

It’s based on when the file is created in GDrive, not when the file was originally created outside of GDrive.

@Troy Tessalone Unfortunately when testing, I uploaded an image taken a month ago. It doesn’t trigger. Then I take a live photo and upload, it does trigger.
