Need to talk to a human - trouble setting up workflow

Hi There, I am having a hard time with the pass around from different support managers. The instructions I have been sent do not mirror the steps on your site in order to create a Zap. Emailing back and forth is not working and need real live support. Is there a contact number or a way to be contacted by someone?

WooCommerce connection won't reset or reconnect

I need a little help here guys. I made a video about the issue here; https://www.screencast.com/t/7V3Q3p1I Recap: I can’t get my WooCommerce account to reconnect. I am using my admin account and the owners admin account. I created Application Specific Passwords for both accounts and tried each, no joy. I am unable to get the “connection” -- which WORKED earlier today, to reconnect. I came in to edit a zap, and when it wouldn’t save, I exited, made a copy and tried editing the copy. Neither of them will “connect” to my WooCommerce account. I logged out of everything, logged into WooCommerce.com, my WordPress site at https://psi-ceu.com and Zapier (all using his account). As you can see from the video, I’ve disabled popup blocking, made an exception to Zapier’s site (just in case), tried three different browsers (FireFox, Chrome and FireFox Developers Edition), and all behave the same. Other important pieces of info: WordPress is latest version at 5.8. Copy new Google Drive files to Dropbox Zap doesn't trigger

The Zap I created to backup my Google Drive to Dropbox doesn’t trigger. I used template from thereCopy new Google Drive files to Dropboxbased on this articlehttps://zapier.com/blog/how-to-backup-google-drive/I configured everything properly, when I tested my zap - the file I uploaded into Google Drive was sent to dropbox into folder I specified in my zap options.So I turned on my zap, received a message:This Zap will use 1 task every time it receives an item from Google Drive. Zap to create a Dropbox folder - parent folder missing from options

I am attempting to create a Zap where when a new lead comes into Dubsado, a Dropbox Folder will be created.  When prompted to identify where I want the folder to be created, the option I want doesn’t populate.   I have Dropbox Business Standard Account.  The only option Zapier is giving me the one folder only I can see. Can anyone help?

Error with QB Connection - Trigger partner failure

I am receiving this error and I have no clue what it means.  Things were working fine and then suddenly I get these errors.  Can someone shed some light? Your Zap titled "SFTP Upload from Quickbase - (CAT>AIMS IgG-R)" (https://zapier.com/app/editor/123570145) has been turned off because we're getting repeated errors nearly every time we try to run it.The last error message was "Trigger partner failure: Cannot read property 'hasOwnProperty' of undefined Console logs: ".Please check to make sure that this Zap is setup properly.

Errors with Discord and Ghost/Stripe {"user_id": ["Value \ is not snowflake."]}

I am trying to setup two things:When a user signs up on ghost - send them a discord invite If a user successfully subscripes and the stripe transaction goes through, add a role to them (I have a VIP role for paying members)I have tried this with both Ghost and Stripe, so I think it’s a discord error. But I get the error“Unable to load choicesWe’re having trouble loading 'User' data (Cannot read property 'username' of undefined)”On the action setting of the flow. Monday.com New Item in Board tests not working - “An item could not be found”

Trying to create a zap where the trigger is when a new item is created in a specific board within monday.comThis was working until a few days ago, now with the newest choice of monday.com as the trigger app when trying to configure the first step and test it, the test comes back as “Test Trigger (error) An item could not be found. The app did not respond in-time. It may or may not have completed successfully.” and then future steps can’t be configured as certain columns don’t show up.I have tried all troubleshooting suggestions, reconnected monday, re-made zaps and nothing has helped rectify this issue. My connection is configured correctly. I have other zaps that connect with monday and work but these zaps are triggered by something other than monday.com. I’m only having a problem with any zap that is triggered by something in Monday.com and it’s only been since the introduction of the latest monday.com app connection option. Could someone please help

Zap Error: The app returned "Forbidden" (Basecamp to Gtask)

I’ve successfully created zaps from basecamp to Google tasks before but this one is not working. Everything is fine but we receive "Zap Could Not Be Switched On"

Our hook triggers are no longer working, Although every test works fine, when we try to turn on the zap, it disables in approximately 1 second and when we refresh the page it automatically deactivates. And I receive email as:“Unfortunately your Zap could not be switched on. Please try enabling it again, and if you still experience issues, get help. Thanks,The Zapier Team”The problem is we do not change anything with our zaps but the same zaps not working for 15 days (Possible problem is we do not receive bundle.targetUrl)How can I solve this issue

RSS Feed to Facebook / Twitter no longer posting URL Link

Hello everyone! Recently I noticed my Zaps no longer contained the URL Link to my RSS Posts. This was working perfectly fine earlier this month but now all my posts show up as text only. I have not changed anything in my Zapier setup so I find this strange as it has been working as expected for over a year.My RSS Feed linked below shows the title, URL, and image link just fine. But when Zapier pushes it to my Twitter and Facebook Page it no longer contains the URL link which also breaks the URL Image. Filter step not detecting phone number correctly

Hello everyone, it’s been a while since I work on this but I decided to share this here because I think it’s about time to get some help. So… I followed the entire instructions here https://support.easywebinar.com/en/articles/1807727-sms-using-this-zapier-recipe. The thing is I was able to parse all the information I need from zapier mailbox but in step 4 which is filtering all the contact numbers the zapier won’t detect it so when it is integrated to Clicksend it was not able to send messages.

Facebook Lead Ads account connection not working

Hi,It’s been 10 days that i am trying to resolve a problem about connecting My facebook leads to gmail and i have shared the problem with zapier team so many times. The response is so poor that i cann one response after following 3-4 days and that also incomplete.I am trying to connect my 2nd facebook business account. The zap is showing all fine but every time it ask me to connect my facebook account again. Extracted results do not reflect highlighted fields in Email Parser

Hi - I’m a “newbie” to this app.Please see the attached dumps, I’m simply trying to capture the “salesbroker” and “salesbrokeremailaddress” fields in Parser (along with some others), but I’m also picking up most of the header block + an extra character or two (i.e. “CC:”) as well.Your replies very much appreciated :)Ashley

Azure SQL timeout errors

Ever since the email about the outage on 9th July (Maybe coincidence ), I’ve been receiving a high volume of following issue. there is no pattern to error or Zap. MSSQL: Trigger partner failure: Timeout reached while attempting to read from the target database. Please see The database is connected to Zapier, no setting have been changed on database side and the data within the database is small 1% of 2GB DB.  Any assistance would be greatly appreciated

test trigger not working with clickfunnels

I am trying to run a test for Clickfunnels (to link to Thinkific). I have 2 other zaps that work, but this one is not.The connection is good.The funnel is goodThe step is goodI have a few test purchases, but none are getting through. I have tried testing within a minute and waiting 12 hours. I have used different test ‘names & emails”.The other two zaps are also with Clickfunnels, on the same funnel (different steps). Help please ...

Zendesk Sell - New Contact trigger - Is Organization filter not working

We have a Zap that is using the Zendesk Sell - New Contact trigger.In the trigger, there is a Filter for “Is Organisation”.When that is set to false, the Zap is still running for a Contact that is marked with Is Organisation = True.Any idea how we can fix that?Thanks!

'Search Mention in Twitter' trigger giving different results than on Twitter

Hi all,  I am trying to set up a Zap using Search mention in Twitter trigger. I want the Zap to return search mentions from my followers that contain the terms ‘Paper’, ‘Article’ or ‘Study’ and that contain an URL.My problem is that the search term I have made using Twitters advanced search function (see below) returns the correct tweets in Twitter, but it doesn’t return the same Tweets (or tweets meeting that search query) in Zapier. I have tried putting these queries as plain text and as URL encoded queries (see below). Error "Trigger partner failure: Unexpected token < in JSON at position 0"

Hello,  I do have a few zaps and for any reason I got the following error message starting a few days ago and I do not know what is causing the issues: Trigger partner failure: Unexpected token &lt; in JSON at position 0 I already checked all connections to all apps I use within the Zaps and I checked the Zaps but I really do not see why I do this error now. Everything worked without any problems. Is this an authentication problem or something like that? I am really stuck here.  Thanks for help, Michael

Gform>Zap>JIRA Issue Creation Failure | Unable to create issue: {"summary":"The summary is invalid because it contains newline characters."}

Hi All, We’re encountering a weird problem that’s completely new to us with our integration flow.Quick background:1. users submit a google form response2. zapier pulls the information from the gsheet that the gform results populate3. zapier then creates a JIRA issue with a bunch of fields autofilled with the various gsheet information saved4. the responses are pure text with no other media/content/etc This has worked for several months with no to minimal changes, which all test successfully and the changes just being what text is populating which fields. Recently, one of our most important zaps (of which there are multiple variations that do the same thing from other form responses and all still work except for this one) consistently failed to run with the error messageUnable to create issue: {"summary":"The summary is invalid because it contains newline characters."} Unfortunately, there’s little to no documentation around this issue. Gravity Forms + Dropbox -- how to create a folder with "Client name" and upload a file

I have set up my gravity form to upload files into dropbox. However, I created Zap to help organize, here’s what I’d like it to do: create a folder with Client name  Upload the file into that folder -- I’ve set up the path and selected “Upload field” from gravity form, but it doesn’t upload the file that was uploaded, instead it changes it to .txt file with the extension name. Please help.  Best wishes, T.

Invite link for custom KV Core integration not working

I messaged Zapier customer service about this issue but they never respond to me so I’m hoping the community can help. I’m looking at sending information from Podio to KV Core which is what realtors use as their CRM. Is this possible?I’ve seen a custom made integration to KV Core but when I click the invite link it just takes me back to the homepage where my zaps are. Any help on this would be much appreciated.This was the link I found that don’t work -
