Question

Zap test works but doesn't fire on its own MailerLite to Flodesk

For several years I’ve been successfully using a zap so that anytime someone signs up for a specific group in MailerLite, it adds that person to a segment in Flodesk.
I’ve recently made the change from MailerLite Classic to New MailerLite (a different app with a different API) and the setup went fine. I tested the zap and everything is connected. But if I do a test sign up on my website, the subscriber arrives in MailerLite but does not move to Flodesk. But it will work manually if I keep testing. So both ends work, it’s just not firing. The activity log is empty--no error messages.
I’m at a loss.

Hi @Christina4561

Help article to reference for possible guidance: https://help.zapier.com/hc/en-us/articles/8496134625933-How-to-Get-Started-with-MailerLite-on-Zapier

Otherwise, you may need to reach out to MailerLite Support for help troubleshooting why their webhook is not firing.

No recent/ongoing issues that may be impacting the Zap.

Thanks. Unfortunately, I’ve done all of that. I’ve successfully authorized MailerLite and if I test the connection, it’s fine. It just won’t fire on its own.

Sounds like you’re saying the only possibility is that it’s something on MailerLite’s end?
