The depreciated ‘New Ticket’ trigger for Zendesk was able to pull a `Last Comment Body` endpoint from the ticket. Am I missing that option in the new Zendesk Triggers? We used this trigger to send bug info over to Asana.

You can try adding this Zap action: Zendesk - Find Ticket

See if that returns the desired data point.

 


The Find Ticket action doesn’t include this datapoint either.


Ah, I did find it now listed as a separate event. 👍🏻
