I’m trying to setup a new zap that start with a trigger on HelpDeskAdavanced.Testing zap everything is ok, but if I try to activate zap, after few seconds the zap was deactivated and I receive a generic error notification inside my mail.Also trying to use different actions nothing change. I’m trying with free account
Hi, I’m encountering issues when creating a Zap that aims to add a stickie on a Mural board. This happens when I specify either a custom (Mural) area or a custom Shape. When the zap uses custom color, custom text, the Zap works fine.The error returned is: “The sticky could not be sent to MURAL: The app returned ‘invalid payload’”FYI: My trigger is a Google spreadsheet.
I'm getting his error on my You Tube Connection zaps, specifically the Yoast Blog post & YouTube connection, whci also sends data to Drive sheet. "The app returned "The request cannot be completed because you have exceeded your <a href="/youtube/v3/getting-started#quota">quota</a>.".I searched the other community questions and it appears this issue has to be solved by Zapier. Are there any updates on a resolution for this error?Thank you!

Current facing the below error when setting up Firebase to Google Sheet.Cannot read properties of undefined (reading 'rest') However it was it working fine before until I upgraded my account to Starter (1,500 Tasks) Plan from Free Plan. And I also notice the layout and the web url is different when in Free Plan compared to Starter Plan. Is this why the issue?

Troubleshoot error supplies no useful information.I am able to use Actions, such as write to Teams Channel and the Request ID will be outputted.Earlier examples Any assistance with this would be greatly appreciated.
Hello, I’m trying to use zapier for my coupon tracking. I’m having a problem do I just create one zap trigger and then put all the coupon codes in that zap or do I create multiple zaps? But when I create multiple zaps I get a duplication error. And then when I’m in Tapaffiliate. Everyone gets a conversion instead of just one person
Hi guys! I am trying to create a Zap, where the trigger is “New entry form in Zoho forms”. I am trying to set “default value” using Zapier Formatter → text → Default value → Input = file from zoho forms and default value is “n/a”. I am using this step in case there isn’t any file, so that next actions aren’t skipped.Everything worked well, I set the default value for few files, but it suddenly stopped working in another path and all I get is: While requesting "dev_file" from Zoho Forms (1.17.0) we ran into an error: The app returned "401".I have reconnected the app, tested the connection, also used another browser and another device, but I still get this error.Is there any solution to this? I really don’t understand, why it worked like 13 times and stopped working on the 14th. Thanks!Jana
Hi, I’m trying to set it up so that a specific profile in buffer is loaded in to post to. This profile is loaded from a google spreadsheet and is selected under the custom tab in buffer profiles. When I load in the number under the profile name in the dropdown I get an permission error, when I load up the name of the profile I get a different error. How do I specify/taget the proper profile? Any and all help is much appreciated.
Hi, I'm keep having problems with mails, im trying to send email from zapier or GoHigLevel for an Automated step (welcome emails), but all of our test emails result in junk/spam. it is a 6 steps zap and everything works but the email : ( FB lead → mailchimp → hubspot → ring central SMS → Welcome email → 3 mins delay by zapier → ringout call → delay 24 hrs → SMS"email from zapier" --> went to spam cause it uses @zapieremail.com domain, which might be flagged for spam?, I don’t know, I’ve sent it to 3 recipients and none of them receive the email (mail went to SPAM).then we tried with our own domain to see if that works, Solution: SMTP from Zapier (didn’t work either) config: host: firstname.lastname@example.org: account passport: we have tried 465, 587 and 25 but never worked 2FA from email is turned OFF on namecheap. we're receiving different kind of errors: port 465:We hit an error adding your new accountauthentication failed: Connection unexpectedly closed: [Errn
Could anyone explain to me why my Zap appears to be processing items out of sequence when looping? I’m feeding the Looping action an array of data in a specific order, each item then looks-up an Airtable record and creates a new row on a Google Sheet using that info. The array of items are being received in chronological order according to the ```date``` attribute, but are getting created out of order in the spreadsheet. Attached screenshots showing the loop iterations and the output in the spreadsheet.
So I saw a similar issue to this but it’s been closed for comments!This one: I’m using Teachable with Zapier and Active Campaign for email list management of enrolled students. So I need to use a filter in the Zap to select the specific course the student is enrolling in, then set the action to add them to the relevant Active Campaign Automation sequence of emails.Everything is set up correctly in terms of my integrations and emails campaigns/lists in AC are done. But no matter what I do, Zapier only seems to recognise ONE of 4 products in Teachable. I’ll add the screenshot of the error message below…I’ve tried so many variations of filtering by Course name, Course ID, Course URL - combined with Text exactly matches/contains… all of them! But the same thing keeps happening - a different version of this error message pops up each time. It seems to only be seeing one product/course in Teachable and it’s not the one I want! 😫Wondering if a Webhook is an option but I’ve never used them so

So my test are working just fine. Moving data from Salesforce to Follow Up Boss. I have turned the zap on and have triggered the action to start the zap and nothing is happening. There is nothing in history nothing.I went back to my zap editor and was able to pull new test data by the new records that are matching the data. GOING CRAZY :)
Hey everyone, I’ve been new to Zapier and currently trying to figure it all out. We want to connect our Plug and Pay to Zapier + Google Sheets + Slack platform. So everytime there’s a new payment made through Plug and Pay, we will get a notification in our Slack channel. See pictures below. What is going wrong here, does anyone have an idea? We’ve been trying to solve this for 24+ hours now, but can’t figure it out. Everything seems to work, except getting that notification in our Slack. I can get the RSS Zapier working with other RSS feeds. And I can get my Squarespace news page working with other RSS readers (NetNewsWire and Feedly).But I don’t seem to be able to get my own Squarespace news RSS page to work. I use the “…./news?format=rss” format but get this error message when I test it:This doesn’t give me enough information to troubleshoot the problem. Any ideas?

Hello,I need help please with setting up a Find & Update Lead zap.Specifically, what I need to set in the Existing lead field to update the existing lead once found. What do I select so that the lead that’s been found is then updated? Here’s what I’ve tried:Selecting Existing lead, which works only for that specific lead that I’ve tested in Zapier. But then doesn’t work for subsequent leads so I don’t think this is right? And then under Custom, I’ve tried these fields listed below, one by one. Hi,I created a zap a few weeks ago that worked perfectly and still works. Downloading docusign completed docs and then uploading them to dropbox.Fastforward to yesterday, I tried doing it again with another dropbox account and in the run history it says “Data hydration failure - some fields may be missing”. At each step in the tests it worked fine - it was able to pull the envelope and upload the test one into the dropbox. But when its actually set to automate the process it doesnt work. The dropbox account, the zapier account and the docusign account are all on the business plans. Not really sure where ive gone wrong. I even duplicated the zap that has been working great and just swapped out the accounts and it still fails. Any idea what im doing wrong or how to fix?
