We’re having difficulties connecting to WooCommerce from Zapier. The site we are trying to connect is on a multisite. We’re getting zero specific error messages (just a generic "There is a problem with this auth. Contact support or reconnect it here.") Is it even possible to connect on a multisite?

That documentation indicates that working with a multisite is possible, so that’s good to know! However, we are still receiving the error on Zapier. Our server is getting a 200, so there’s seemingly success there. We’re starting over with a new Zap to see if that helps.

I’m jumping in to see if I can help!

According to WooCommerce help article, you’d need to connect to Zapier as a Super Admin and you need a separate authentication for each site in your network.

Thank you! We had gotten that far. Just had to start a new Zap, and then stopped receiving the error.
