Hi! One of my clients receives two memberpress receipts every month for the same membership. She doesn’t have two memberships. And she isn’t paying twice. But memberpress has two identical transactions listed each month. I don’t know if I can delete one without deleting the active membership. Any help would be appreciated.

Can you provide more context about how this relates to Zapier?


I searched on google for a similar question and it brought one up on this platform and I thought that this platform served multiple platforms because when I signed up it asked me which platforms I use.

Are you using MemberPress in Zaps in Zapier?

If not, then it would probably best to try contacting MemberPress Support.
