I’m encountering an issue when duplicating a sheet in a google drive - I have a submission coming through a jotform which is the initial trigger, then a particular sheet is being duplicated with a new name. This step always shows “The app returned "Internal error encountered.".” but in the next step to find the newly duplicated sheet, it finds it. The main problem is, because the error keeps occurring, zapier detects this and turns off the zap. Is there any way to force the zap to stay on or fix this error?
I am having trouble with my Zap actually working. I have my trigger as a new payment in QuickBooks which is set to create a new task in ClickUp. There is no errors and I have paid for the service. There is nothing to trouble shoot. Regardless, the zap isn't working - it is not updating anything on clickup. I am logged in appropriately in both ClickUp and QuickBooks but to no avail. It appears it may just be getting their information exclusively from just invoice, but there is no way to change it to grab data from every invoice. Thank you kindly.

Hello, I am looking to receive my facebook leads by creating a contact on sendinblue. I configured Zapier that I linked to my Facebook forms I test and it created me a "test" contact on sendinblue. Now I'm starting the process, and I have no contacts created on Sendinblue while I have new prospects on Facebook, do you have any ideas where the problem could be?
I am having some trouble adding tasks to a List within Microsoft To Do. Here is my workflow:Get Order from WooCommerce Create a List within Microsoft To Do, the List name is the WooCommerce Order number Send Order Information to Google Sheets.This is fine it works. But what i would like is for the order number to be the list name and the items within the order to be tasks within the list. I am setting up a Zap that Triggers from a new row in Google Sheets → then finds a Discord user’s ID number → then assigns a role to that User’s ID number. I’ve almost nailed everything until I get to the final test and this error pops up:Failed to create a role in Discord“message”: “Missing Permissions”, “code”: 50013I booted the Zapier bot and re-added it back in and it still didn’t work. It has all the permissions it needs from what I can tell.

I’m creating a Zap from Moonclerk to create a new subscriber to Aweber but it’s not working when activating it. When I run the tests it all goes through and creates the flow, but when I then test it with my own address, and a couple of friends, the sign-up happens but the Aweber side of things doesn’t work. Things i’ve tried:Creating new forms and testing these Switching off double opt-in on Aweber Switching from Moonclerk to StripeAll of these gets the same result.They successfully sign up but nothing happens on the Aweber side of things.I feel like i’ve checked all the settings so many times now but there doesn’t seem to be a clear reason as to why it’s not working when live. Hello. I am working on a zapier cli app for sending leads to Zapier. I have set up a sample lead which works fine when I am creating a zap for the first time. The problem is that when I push a new version of my app and try to update the existing app to the new app version I can’t test the trigger anymore. This is the error I get: We couldn't find a leadCreate a new lead in your EMAIL account and test your trigger again. Does anyone know why the sample data can’t be retrieved after upgrading the app version? Note the nothing new is in the new version, I just bumped the version number. Note: We set performList to a function that just returns a static lead.
Hello.Ik try to set up a Zap that is triggered in Google Sheet (when a new row is added) to JOTFORM (Then create a new subscription in Jotform. Now setting up the Zap, the attempt to connect to my Jotform account (EU so I answered ‘yes’ to the privacy questions) failed all the time. Hi all, I have a Zap sending out a POST request to my own backend API, the request is blocked because the backend is blocking all the inbound traffic except the whitelisted one. The question is how do I whitelist Zapier and what url/ip should I whitelist to allow Zapier’s inbound. Thanks!
I am trying to set up a trigger for when a specific column value changed in board in monday.com but it is skipping the set up trigger section and going from “choose account” to “test trigger”. There isn’t a spot for me to select which board and which column I want to use as the trigger. How do I get the section to set up the trigger??

Actually, I have set up an e-commerce on Woocommerce and I’m using Sendinblue as CRM to send automatically email, build email campaign etc.I’m trying to create a specific zap : When an order is created on Woocommerce, sendinblue send an automatically confirmation email to client.But the only option suggested on Sendinblue is “send an email in HTML via Sendinblue”. The problem occured is that I cannot add several product image for example because the tag used is “1. Line Items image src” that include several links …I have to create as many lines (<tr><td></td></tr> as product ordered but it is not possible to know in advance …As a result, my confirmation email includes wrong information for the client …Please can you help me to resolve this issue :)
One of our suppliers has moved us to use Stripe Connect - we had a zapier link to Mailerlite from Stripe but this seems to have stopped since we have started using Stripe Connect - please can you tell me if we need to use a different API to link the accounts in zapier? Stripe are saying that we don’t need to do anything different but the data is not coming across since we moved over…...Any ideas?
I have multiple integrations between hubspot and microsoft to-do using Zapier. I’m the admin for the hubspot and the zapier account.We also have a team zapier account and have created differen zaps in a shared team file.When my team members copy a zap and transfer it to their home folder, the zaps are turning up the following error message:Unable to create task "______ is overdue for a DEXA!".
