Update product price in Woocommerce fail

Hi, I am trying to create a zap to update the product price in WooCommerce from Google Sheets. All the steps go well but when try to test the zap I am getting the below error:

 

Failed to create an update product price in WooCommerce

request to https://URL//wp-json/wc-zapier/v1/products/prices?consumer_key=ck_4e95affa66660e3hkjhkhkhkj17604dd5139e&consumer_secret=cs_9bb965hkhkhkjh3000fd28d3hkhke2aa36a473 failed, reason: socket hang up

The troubleshoot tab and help center indicate that it may have something to do with the user.

I created a whole new user for the connection and I am not using 2FA for it.

XML-RPC is active.

 

Any idea how this can be resolved?

For us to have more context, post these screenshots:

  • How your Zap steps are outlined and configured in EDIT mode
  • The encountered error on the Zap step

For the WooCommerce action step, there should be an ‘Action’ tab between ‘Account’ and ‘Test’.

The “socket hang up” error indicate a low level network-realeted problem. I am suggesting visiting your site’s  wp-json url (for example https://woocommerce.com/wp-json/) to see the error is occoring ina browser or not.
