I keep getting this error, it has been 2 days now. Is this something related to the actual Zapier server or it might be something my end? I am using the actions with gpt and testing the connection seems to be working, but as soon as I click on the new action, it would just go to the Server 500 error.
Thanks!

Hi and welcome to the Community, @Waveseller! 🎉
I can see that you’ve also reached out to our Support team who suggested logging into your Zapier and AI Actions accounts again to get things working. Not sure if you’ve seen their reply yet but I’ll share the main details from it here in case it’s helpful to others running into these Server 500 errors as well:
With the recent schema changes for AI actions, users need to log out of their Zapier account and their AI Actions account and then log back in.
You can log out from both accounts by clicking on the following links:

I get the same error but logging out doesn’t help. Clicking on “Add a new action” produces Server 500 errors.
I can go back to the last page (https://actions.zapier.com/gpt/actions/) reload this page and try to eddit the newly created “Incomplete Action” but this also results in a Server 500 error.
I’m so sorry to hear that. That 500 error could potentially be due to a temporary issue in accessing the server when attempting to create a new or edit that existing action. Is the error still occuring now?
If so, your best bet would be to reach out to our Support team for assistance. They can check the error logs for your account to identify if there’s any indication of a bug—and if there is, they’ll be able to open a bug report for our engineers to investigate further.
