Hi @Waveseller
For us to have more context, post screenshots showing the full page where the error is occurring.
Hi and welcome to the Community, @Waveseller!
I can see that you’ve also reached out to our Support team who suggested logging into your Zapier and AI Actions accounts again to get things working. Not sure if you’ve seen their reply yet but I’ll share the main details from it here in case it’s helpful to others running into these Server 500 errors as well:
With the recent schema changes for AI actions, users need to log out of their Zapier account and their AI Actions account and then log back in.
You can log out from both accounts by clicking on the following links:
https://zapier.com/logout
https://actions.zapier.com/logout
Once logged out, you can log back in and then try setting up the AI action again.
Hope that helps to get you pointed in the right direction. If you run into any further issues do let us know!
Hi. That actually worked. Thank you!!
Hi SamB,
I get the same error but logging out doesn’t help. Clicking on “Add a new action” produces Server 500 errors.
I can go back to the last page (https://actions.zapier.com/gpt/actions/) reload this page and try to eddit the newly created “Incomplete Action” but this also results in a Server 500 error.
Hi @eloq!
I’m so sorry to hear that. That 500 error could potentially be due to a temporary issue in accessing the server when attempting to create a new or edit that existing action. Is the error still occuring now?
If so, your best bet would be to reach out to our Support team for assistance. They can check the error logs for your account to identify if there’s any indication of a bug—and if there is, they’ll be able to open a bug report for our engineers to investigate further.
Please do keep us updated on how you get on!
