I’m trying to setup a Zap between ManageEngine ServiceDesk and Wrike. The Description field is missing. This is the most important field. How do I access this field?

In the list of available fields there should be a description. There isn’t one

I just came across your post here and wanted to check in here to see how you’re getting on. Are you still running into the same issue here? If so, could you please share screenshots of the Data Out of your trigger step in the Zap History as Troy suggested?
