Default view in Tables is showing in alphabetical order in my form

I have created a table with the exact order of my items I want shown, but in the form they are are re-arranged in alphabetical order.  The table is set to default view and no other views have been used for it.Is there something I am missing with this?Table of Statuses:Pending DocumentsPending SignaturesPending FilingSubmittedAcceptedRejected Showing as:AcceptedPending DocumentsPending FilingPending SignaturesRejectedSubmitted

Microsoft Outlook error: Unable to pull emails. Response payload size exceeded the maximum allowed payload size.

I have a problem with my Zaps regarding GMAIL and Outlook.It worked perfectly fine this morning, but suddently there are error messages when I try to run the zaps: GMAIL → Your Gmail data can only be sent to approved apps.Unfortunately, the app you are using is no longer supported.You'll need to edit your Zap to turn it back on. OUTLOOK → Unable to pull emailsPlease reload the page. If the issue persists, troubleshoot error or contact Support.Error code: Error while retrieving: Response payload size exceeded maximum allowed payload size (6291556 bytes). Please help :)

zap has error, so need to edit an action step but can’t save it, when reload zap it’s back to old version

Pardot Error 109 "Failed to find or create a prospect in Pardot"

We just switched our account over to a team account and are running into this issue. Everything was working great until the switch. We are doing something different and looking up prospects before adding them to a list in the 4th step. We continue to get error code 109, Failed to find or create a prospect in Pardot.This is the same record I have used for testing for over a year now, and it is definitely in Pardot. I have also tried testing with other records that are Pardot, and I continue to get this error. Then, I tried testing with a contact that is not in Pardot and got an error message that it was unable to create a contact.  I’m assuming the connection with Pardot is messed up, even though it was just reestablished last week. The Pardot account owner has admin rights in both zapier and Pardot.  Any thoughts or help would be greatly appreciated!

Affinity error: The app returned "Filed entity_id: expected 91565645 to be a valid id for model Affinity

Using the affinity integration to update an entity is giving me the above error.  I have tried manually typing in the ID of my entity, using the generated one, and using the search in affinity feature where it finds the correct ID.  All of these result in the above error, and “listEntryCompositeId” being shown as having no data.  Is this a bug, or am I missing something? For reference, the number it mentions as the entity ID is correct, as I have used it in both the “find a list entity” and “create a note in affinity” jobs and it works perfectly fine

Multiple image URLs from Jotform is not being recognized by Looping by Zapier.

Hi there! This is my first time working with Looping by Zapier and I’m having an issue with it but I’m not convinced it has anything to do with the Looping app as much as it does the trigger app. Here’s my scenario: I want to take images from a Jotform submission (which are converted to URLs) and run them through a background remover app and then upload them to a OneDrive folder, but whenever I submit the form with more than one image, the background removal app fails as it can only handle one image at a time. So my next step was to add Looping so it would loop through each image until all images were processed and uploaded. The problem is that even though more than one URL exists, the loop only returns one loop iteration.I have tried using multiple image upload fields in my Jotform form and just duplicating the background removal and image upload steps. But when the amount of images uploaded is less then the total number of image processing steps, the result is a failed zap, which is

Same Trello card with different id (and fields)

Hi allI have a trigger for an "updated card", and it retrieves a card with the attached_cards field (and “first_attached_card”) correctly. But I have a "card moved" trigger, testing for the same card.. Or at leas trying: both triggers retrieve a card, both have same name, same URL, but  ID and many fields are different, and the “card moved” trigger doesn’t fetch the “attached_card” correctly.Any ideas?

Access Denied to create file in salesforce

I am linking a form from ConvertCalculator to Salesforce using Zapier. In the form, users are asked to upload files, which I need to have attached to the object the Zap creates (A Case object in salesforce).  When I test this step, I am able to set up the zap correctly, but found this error. Can someone advise on why this may be? I presume it might be the salesforce side - is there a way to grant this access that anyone else has found? Thanks in advance!

Mailchimp Won't Input Birthday Data

Hello everyone,I’m testing the ability to put a client’s birthday into Mailchimp from Filevine, however, the birthday information isn’t being pushed to Mailchimp. I’ve looked over this tutorial, and that’s how mine looks when choosing the birthday data, but it isn’t showing up when I run the test or in Mailchimp. I’d greatly appreciate any help.Edit: I’d also like to mention that I’ve tested this with ActiveCampaign and the birthday information was pushed correctly.Here are some screenshots:

Help with zapping between Google Calender and Active campaign

I’m currently in the process of having it so when a customer is added to my Google Calendar, the tag on their account automatically changes. I’ve gotten this far however I’m having issues getting any further.Any time i try to add the ‘CONTACT ID’ section using any of the details I received from Google calender (e.g. email, phone etc.) which match the users details on my Active campaign (see 1st image below) I get the below error ‘the app returned contact not found’ (please see image below that)!Anyone have any idea where I’m going wrong? I’ve been trying to fix this all day and had no luck, it’s very annoying, it almost seems like Active campaign still cant match the users information from the Active campaign users details to the existing Google c

No Trigger from other language Post in Wordpress

I’m using WPML Plugin in Wordpress to translate / post other languages.With the help of WPML Plugin, I have https://abc.com(English) and https://abc.com/vi(Vietnames), https://abc.com/jp(Japanese). <Problem>I made a zap that message a post alert in slack and it works fine on https://abc.com(English) domain.So whenever I post on https://abc.com(English), I get alerted.However, no trigger is made on https://abc.com/vi(Vietnames) and https://abc.com/jp(Japanese). How to fix this?

Zap is erroneously posting to multiple Slack channels and multiple Asana projects

I have a Zap that assigns an Asana task in a specific Project, and also posts a Slack message in a specific channel after a specific user has a Calendly event cancel. I’m copying this Zap and adding a new Calendly account, changing the Asana Project it posts in, and changing the Slack channel it posts in. Now, whenever the Zap is triggered, it posts in both the new AND old Asana Projects and Slack channels. I’ve scoured the workflow and can’t find any reference to the old Project or Channel, but somehow they’re still getting triggered. I am using a filter in this Zap. What am I missing here? Should I not be copying and editing Zaps to do this?

Invoice Ninja v5 no longer able to update tasks and time entries

I used Zapier to integrate Toggl and InvoiceNinja V4. Zapier no longer worked with InvoiceNinja V4 and I then started to receive an error message and all my zaps stopped working.I updated to InvoiceNinja V5 and started to edit my Zaps. I need to create new tasks in InvoiceNinja as my previous Zaps were set up with the InvoiceNinja V4 version.InvoiceNinja V5 in Zapier will not allow me set up a zap to create new tasks or time entries. I refreshed the page and this option was still not provided.Please help.

The selected checkbox values in Google Forms aren't generating data for Google Docs when editing the Zap.

We have set up a Zap so that when a Google Form is submitted, it generates a Google Doc with the results. One of the questions in the form is a series of checkboxes. However, when editing the Zap, the values of the selected checkboxes do not appear to be available as insertable data.  For example, here is the checkbox question in the form: If I then edit the Zap and search for an insertable data field using the word “formats”, nothing shows up.Do you have any suggestions on how to resolve this?

I am trying to find a message in Slack based on the permalink to the message but I keep getting this error:Failed to find a message in SlackError from halted execution: Nothing could be found for the search.From this Zapier Community thread it seems I should be able to do this and I had the Zap set up like this previously with no issue… has something changed?

Failed to find a task in Asana: Error from halted execution: Nothing could be found for the search

I’m trying to assign someone to an existing task in an existing project in asana. The project template is exactly the same, and there will be multiple projects so I am trying to use the ‘find project’ step to find the project, then find the existing task within that project, then update the found task but I keep getting errors. What am I doing wrong? This is how I *want* the zap to be setup:  I can search for the custom project based on the trigger which is great, see below:   I’m then trying to search for the specific tasks WITHIN that custom project search that already exist and this is the error I’m getting:   I then want to update that task that I find as completed but because the search for task isn’t finding the task ID, I can’t do this. I then I want to repeat the search and update for a second task in the same project. Any help is appreciated!

Gmail to SmartSheet: Adding Multiple Attachments to a row instead of a Single Attachment

Hi Everyone I’m creating a Zap that adds a row to SmartSheet from every new email I receive. Additionally, I want all attachments attached with the email to be added to the same row on SmartSheet. I’ve successfully added the email to the row and connected the email to add attachments, but I’m not able to add all attachments from the email even though the Zap is successfully running. The Zap will add the first attachment and call it a day.  If anyone had any suggestions on how to make the Zap add all attachments to the SmartSheet row, I would appreciate it! Thanks!!  Example Below:New Email with 5 attachments  Row Gets Successfully Copied onto SmartSheet  1 attachment added to same row  Zap Finished  *The Zap does not automatically loop back to check if all attachments have been added to the SmartSheet row. Additionally, if I run the Zap twice(manually or automatically), the same 1 attachment will be added to the same row.
