Mailchimp Won't Input Birthday Data

Hello everyone,

I’m testing the ability to put a client’s birthday into Mailchimp from Filevine, however, the birthday information isn’t being pushed to Mailchimp. I’ve looked over this tutorial, and that’s how mine looks when choosing the birthday data, but it isn’t showing up when I run the test or in Mailchimp. I’d greatly appreciate any help.

Edit: I’d also like to mention that I’ve tested this with ActiveCampaign and the birthday information was pushed correctly.

Default Birthday merge fields expects this data format: MM/DD

Please post screenshots with how your Birthday Merge Field is configured in Mailchimp to give us more info.

Default Birthday merge fields expects this data format: MM/DD

Please post screenshots with how your Birthday Merge Field is configured in Mailchimp to give us more info.

I was given the wrong format because I checked and it is MM/DD😓
