how to connect zapier and woocommerce

Hello, 

I hope you’ll understand my English because I’m french. 

 

I’ve tried ti connect WooCommerce and zapier and I’v an error message . I don’t understand why. 

I’ve create an application password in wordpress. I’ve put my website link like https://www.sorineandree.fr  and my login name to wordpress and the password is generate by wordpress . But it doesn’t word. 

Please is there someone can help me.

the message is : 

 

We hit an error adding your new account

authentication failed: request to https://www.sorineandree.fr/wc-zapier-auth/v1/authenticate failed, reason: Hostname/IP does not match certificate's altnames: Host: www.sorineandree.fr. is not in the cert's altnames: DNS:cluster003.hosting.ovh.net

  1. Make sure you click "Allow" or "Accept" on the permission popup
  2. Double check your Account has the correct permissions

Hi there @Sorine,

I’m jumping in to see if I can help!

Please know that WooCommerce has some great help documents on their site (they actually develop and maintain their own Zapier integration and the Plugin).

This is the section specific around authentication.

With that being said, I’d recommend reaching out to WooCommerce Support regarding the error that you’re running into. You can reach WooCommerce’s Support Team here: https://docs.om4.io/woocommerce-zapier/support/
