Question

Microsoft Outlook error: Unable to pull emails. Response payload size exceeded the maximum allowed payload size.

I have a problem with my Zaps regarding GMAIL and Outlook.

It worked perfectly fine this morning, but suddently there are error messages when I try to run the zaps:

 

GMAIL → 

Your Gmail data can only be sent to approved apps.

Unfortunately, the app you are using is no longer supported.

You'll need to edit your Zap to turn it back on.

 

OUTLOOK → 

Unable to pull emails

Please reload the page. If the issue persists, troubleshoot error or contact Support.

Error code: Error while retrieving: Response payload size exceeded maximum allowed payload size (6291556 bytes).

For Gmail there are different capabilities depending on whether your Gmail account is free or paid.
