Anybody know how I can add more fields to constant contact when adding a new contact from google sheet row? When I go to upload data from google sheets only standard fields are shown for constant contact. cannot add address, zip, state, etc even though the data is available in google sheets.
Hi folks, I’m trying to use emoji reacts as a trigger for a zap. It works in all scenarios, except for one where I need it to trigger on reacji’s on messages within a thread. When I test it, it works but in action it returns the last message in the channel (not the message in the thread with the emoji reaction). Is this a limitation to the trigger?
Okay, so at my job we have a message board for incoming calls. I am trying to set up Zap to autoreply with my extension to a specific string posted in chat. However, once it posts my extension, I need it to stop replying for about 10 minutes, so I can handle the call I am taking. The QuickBooks “New Invoice” trigger has a field called “pdf” with a value of “(Exists but not shown)”. What does this mean?In subsequent steps this field value becomes “hydrate||| [….long string of letters and numbers...] |||hydrate”For context, I’m attempting to save QuickBooks invoices as .pdf files in Google Drive when they are created.Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Hello everyone! I’m having difficulty when I attempt to connect google forms to something. It won’t find my spreadsheet. I’ve tried this both on my normal account and made a new google account and Zapier will not find my newly created spreadsheets. Is there any way to fix this? It completely eliminates integrations with Google forms… Thank you,Dan
For some reason, even though the file names are appearing in the test trigger for the typeform response, they appear as “no data” when I look for the file upload question in the add attachment part of my workflow. I haven’t had issues with files uploading when creating new cards from typeform or in other boards/lists/cards from other typeforms with a similar workflow… the only thing I can think of is perhaps because typeform has updatedto a new version since I made those forms and these ones are on the new version? But it seems like it’s an issue on Zapier’s end as I can see the file upload in the test trigger.Any insight would be great!
I have a very simple project and just need a little help connecting a couple of apps. I have built a text sequence in Twilio Studio that currently can be triggered by anyone texting the Twilio number (text anything and it will begin sending you the sequence of texts) I have a Webflow landing page with a single field form where I would like user to enter their phone number and hit submit. What I would like to do (I believe using Zapier) is have the number sumbitted on the Webflow landing page hit the Twilio trigger so I can initiate the Twilio Studio sequence to the phone number submitted through the form. I am fine adding an intermediate step (Webflow to Sheets, Sheets to Twilio) but could not figure that out on my own either. Happy to provide details, thanks!
Hello Guys I am having issue with New or Updated Spreadsheet Row in Google Sheets-I created New or Updated Spreadsheet Row in Google Sheets ( trigger column any_column)-Phone number formating-Data Formating-Realphonevalidation-Filter-Web hooks to post into CRM.I tested the Zap everything is working in Test mode. But when its on. I update the row no action. It seems like Zap dosent see the new Rows. Could you advice what i am doing wrong? Thank you
In my Airtable view, each record that enters is associated with a different employee. I would like to create a separate digest for each employee to receive that will only contain the records associated with them.I know I could set up a view for each employee and a separate zap to generate a unique digest for each one, but I would like to consolidate so I only have one zap creating all the digests. Is this possible?I don’t mind adding a step for each employee (the number of employees should always stay beneath five), but I don’t want to continue adding zaps as I’m on the starter plan and would like to stay under the zap limit.Right now for three employees, I’m using four zaps: three to generate the three digests, and then one to actually email it. I have three other digest-types that I’d like to create, however, which quickly balloons to adding 12 more zaps.Filter only cuts out all employees but one, is there a parser or sorter that people use to accomplish this?

Curious if anyone has any suggestions or can help us….Looking for help with creating customizable multipage PDF reports from our Airtable data!Currently we’re using Google Docs to create a report, each with it’s own master header, with a varying amount (2-50) of cues (records), each cue needing it’s own group header and each having it’s own set of specific data (10-20 columns). Usually they run anywhere from 2-10 pages long. Our recipients need it in this format. We’d love to have it be aesthetically easy to read, with customizable color coding.Printing as PDF directly from Airtable isn’t working due to formatting, grid spacing, longer descriptions getting cut off, and inadequate headers. Page Designer isn’t working due to only having 1 record per page (even 2 doesn’t work if I “halve” the printing dimensions), and I suspect the same would happen with a Zap, that without the Sheet adjusting for these ranges, that formulas wouldn’t work - for context, sometimes 1 project (report) has 8-
We are using Ticketspice for our event registrations so a customer will fill out the TicketSpice form and create a ticket and order in TicketSpice. We need to PUT that record into WebinarJam because their ZAPIER integration does not allow actions into WebinarJam. Every webinar with WJ includes a member_id, webinar_id, webinar_hash and api_key. I believe this information is inserted into webhook. Can we integrate Woocommerce with Zapier, then to stripe to zapier and then agin to Zero. Like if a customer orders a product on woocommerce it should talk to stripe and give the order details with money paid then stripe should tell xero the order details and after the money is credited in Xero. generating a single invoice . I just created a zap to share to my group when any new post in the page that I manage. It works, but when I view the post in my mobile it doesn’t show the post view. It shows the page name and then a text “View Post”. I have to click on the “View post” to see the post. When I post the link in the facebook group from the browser it does populates the preview of the post. Any help on this?
The many choices to select on what fields to include in the message to Discord are unfamiliar as to what part of a FB Group Post they pertain to. I have made multiple tests and cannot figure out how they relate. Is there information on this site in some help file?
I’m using Harvest to track my time (it’s much easier to use than what Freshbooks offers). The zap works….in that it adds new blank time entries in Freshbooks. But there are no tasks or duration assigned. I’ve tried using Freshbooks tasks, but they’re numbers and whatever you select, that’s what shows up. No matter which task you selected in Harvest (and I’ve named them the same things in both tools). I even tried using Harvest’s Task name but that threw an error. I also can’t seem to get Freshbooks to pull in the duration. Any tips would be greatly appreciated. Because right now, I have harvest open while I add my time to freshbooks. And zapier is rendered useless at this point, since it doesn’t transfer anything.
I have a ZAP, I want it auto update MeisterTask when my shopify order complete, then move that task to other column and set as complete.During set up this Zap, I found that the Task ID is required, and I can't only use the task name to update.And I don’t know how to match up the Order with task ID , if any body know how to make this work?Please help.Thank you.
