I am looking to integrate Zoom and Mailchimp.

When a new meeting is created I would like to add/update subscribers in Mailchimp.

When I am mapping field subscriber email I cannot see an option for email address in the dropdown:

There are invitees in the test meeting. What am I doing wrong? How do I get subscriber email to sync with the invitees address

Hi @houdini1

Good question.

Make sure to use one of these Zoom triggers.

Thanks Troy. Is it only possible to add registrants and not invitees?

@houdini1

These are the available Zoom Zap app triggers/actions: https://zapier.com/apps/zoom/integrations#triggers-and-actions

Thanks. I have tried the ‘new meeting trigger’. As you can see here:

On the next screen I picked Mailchimp add/update subscriber:

Then I try to map subscriber email:

This is where my problem happens. I cannot see an email address option here. This is a test meeting and i have added attendees to it but as you can see above Zapier isn’t pulling in the invitee email address field. Any suggestions?

@houdini1

The Zap trigger for New Meeting is just for a new instance of a Meeting.

The Meeting has been created event is triggered every time a meeting is created by one of your app users or account users.

It won’t return invitee/registrant info.

See Zoom API docs for data points returned.
