Hi,I get a daily, automated e-mail that contains multiple excel attachments. The goal is for the files to be auto-downloaded into a file on my desktop, so I can pull multiple files into a power query as needed.I’ve come up with a way to map all of the files into my google drive, but they’re being imported as a zip file. Ideally, I’d rather them be imported on a file level basis - not zipped. What I’m trying to solve for at this point is how to download the files once a day into said file in my desktop.My questions are as follows:How can I import the files individually, instead as a zip? Is this possible? How can I move these files (either individually, or zipped) onto a set folder on my desktop? Is there a more efficient way to do this that doesn’t involve parking the file in google drive first? How would that be done?Thanks!
Hello, I am trying to create a Zap that will allow me to automatically send an email out (via Outlook) to a client that has a link in the body of the email. That link will be copied/pasted into a task comment or description and will be unique to that task each time. Basically, I’m trying to work around having to compose a new email every time we add this link within the task. (note: we are a social media management agency and the link I’m sharing are upcoming post preview links) Thanks for any help or alternative suggestions you can provide!

Hi I have tried and tried reading and following guides but cant get there,I have a google sheet in each row is an invoice request with Name | email | Product 1 (quantity) | Product 2 (quantity) | Product 3 (quantity)| unique id | telephone numberI Have made it pull single line items into Xero ie pulls product 1 and match in Xero with product and as such I get a single line invoice that is correct but I cannot seem to do this for all the products requested ie multi line invoice.The google sheet does not have prices I need to link this as I have done on single line to the products in Xero Any help would be great
Goal is to set up a Basecamp 2 to do list populated by a series of to do's after a specified Dubsado status change.What I have so far: Trigger on Dubsado Update > Filter for Project Status Contains: THE STATUS I WANT > Create a Basecamp 2 Todo list > (THIS is where it breaks down) Create a Basecamp 2 ToDo in the list just created for a particular project status.The error I get when I test is:Failed to create a create todo in Basecamp 2The app returned "Not Found".Troubleshoot errorAlso, is there a way to do more than one “todo” with a single step or must I have a step for each todo. Any help will be greatly appreciated.

How do I trigger a zap based-on the addition of a label?Using Pipedrive CRM, I use labels to identify Clients, former clients, etc. When a deal is won, I add the label “clients” to the person. Also, is there a way to trigger a zap based-on a deal being won? Thanks for your help in advance! Patrick

It works well on my own google chat, I can receive message from Teams.But, I had Zapier to a space, or if I add some users to the conversation, I have this message:“Sorry, the app is having some trouble right now, please try again.”I can’t allowzaps. I’m sending a webhook from Klaviyo and if I Catch Raw Hook, my ‘raw_body’ seems to be correct JSON format. But If I try to Catch Hook with the same data, I’m seeing an error that the data is malformed. I get the same error whether I leave the child key empty, or enter ‘raw_body’ — which is my intended goal so I can use the ‘email’ and ‘f_name’ keys:

Have tried 4. Add Task to Section of Project in Asana but for some reason it takes all the tickets that are opened and not with the specific subject
Good Morning all, I have the most basic Zapier there is so far I need to justify its use and cost to my boss.I have a google sheets spreadsheet with a bunch of trips on it. I manually import them into Google Calendar. I know I can Zap them over easy enough but I need to know that it will make ang changes to the calendar that I make on the spreadsheet. Like if a time was changed on a trip in the spreadsheet will the event in the calendar change too? will it create a whole new event and leave the original or will it just change the original to the correct time/place/day whatever it was I was changing?
Rant:Who within Zapier thought naming the bulk data tool to Transfer would be a good idea? 90% of what you do with Zaps is transfer data from one point to another. Whenever I look something up about Transfer I get a billion results for Zaps and nothing to do with the Transfer tool. Second what is the cost of Tasks to use Transfer? Transfer isn’t even a Tag I can use below. UGGG Question:I assume Webhooks is supported since I am able to choose it as an end point. But I am not able to set it up as I would expect with Webhooks. Trying to understand where to put all my Webhooks data to then map it from the excel sheet. If anyone has any examples of Webhooks in Transfer (the tool) that would be a huge help. Thank you.
Hello! I’m trying to create a zap which takes leads from facebook lead ads to holded. The zap has four steps:New lead in facebook lead ads Find contact in holded Create deal in holded Find contact in google contactsBut when i test the different steps, there is a bad request error in the third step. I identified that zapier is taking another ID which is not the holded ID. This contact ID is not the same than the holded ID and i don’t know why zapier is taking that.
I am getting the following error when using the “Update Database Item in Notion” action:> Expected block type heading_1 in request bodyThis doesn’t make sense and I can’t seem to fix it. Is this a known issue? I don’t see others with this same issue online.
I have tested the zap for published post on my WordPress to push to Facebook page as a status update with an excerpt, and this works perfectly (as a test)however, when I actually create a new post, the zap does not trigger period may I know what could have gone wrong?
I created a webhook url in Zapier that i copied into my application. My application reports this error each time I send data to Zapier:Error: Object reference not set to an instance of an object.Zapier does not recieve the data or sometimes the data that is in Zapier is not the data from my application, but appers the url page header infromation.Any help will be greatly appreciated.
I’m building a Zap from Calendly to Google Sheets, with a few formatting options in between. In Calendly we have 3 event types for booking, and I thought I had my 3 paths set in my Zap to send different info from Calendly into Google Sheets based on event type. The Zap is running but I’m getting duplicate data. I have a hunch it has to do with the trigger event. I have 3 different sets of trigger data from Calendly based on 1, 2, or 3 person classes (my Calendly event types). The trouble is that my Zap only lets me pull from data in the trigger currently selected, meaning when a 1 person class is used as trigger data, my 2 and 3 person paths don’t work. After attending ZapConnect 2022 I’m excited to try paths and building more complicated Zaps, but I’m running into some issues. Thanks!
I’ve run into the 5-path limit in my Zap and I’m wondering whether it’s possible to get more than that.The use case: I'd like 16 options for paths so I can get an sub/unsub action for 8 different Mailchimp lists. I really won’t want to set up 16 different Zaps for this. Possible?
Hello, when i got an email in gmail with an attachment contains XML (with my shopify order details) i want to send that XML to a hungarian invoicing system to make the invoice automatically. It took me some time but i managed to make the xml to work in POSTMAN, but i just can’t make it work in Zapier.Its the same file in the mail and in the postman.I tried attaching the file where the files should be attached, but the invoicing system didnt accept it, i think because it couldnt read it’s name.Few things might be important to mention:1.: I am not sure the cookies are fine, but i dont think thats the problem2.: The invoicing system API documentation say this: The request must be “multiform/form-data” type and must contain one file with the name action-xmlagentxmlfileIf someone want to read more about it , its here: https://docs.szamlazz.hu/#post-requestI attached photos so you can see what i did in postman and what i did in zapier. Hi everyone,I need to trigger a Zap when MailChimp sends an e-mail to a contact in an audience. My MailChimp campaign is super simple; on-going type of campaign which fires once a week. When it does fire it sends an e-mail to each contact from an audience. I need my Zap to fire for each e-mail sent. I can’t find that as an available trigger in the existing Zapier App integration with MailChimp.Anyone has an idea or suggestion for me how to go around solving this? Oh the reason I need the Zap to fire for each e-mail is so that the record of the person is notated in our CRM via an API call (that’s the easy part; I just need the Zap triggered)ThanksBoyan
Hello, is there a possible way to add an input on the google sheets action step for creating a new spreadsheet row, where everytime a new row is added, one of the columns counts up, this is going to be used for a clipboard so I need to make sure that each person is counted, so we know how many people their are. I have attached a screenshot if that helps with understand, any help would be appreciated.I need each row of people who is added to have a number counting up if possible
