My YouTube video was published at 10am (IST) but zapier triggers only around 12pm? Why is the 2 hr gap delay?

We like to trigger it as soon it gets released from my youtube channel.

Good question.

It may have been related to previous Zapier incident: https://status.zapier.com/#incidents-list

 

Oh right. Today it looks like 1/3 zap runs at 1-3 minute delay (which is kind of okay!)

But my other two zaps were stopped, saying this errors:


-  Data hydration failure - some fields may be missing

- The app returned "segment size must be >= 1 java.nio.HeapByteBufferrpos=64 lim=64 cap=66].".

FYI: The YouTube triggers are scheduled, and the delay depends on your Zapier plan, which can be from 1-15 minutes.

You can view the trigger schedule information (update time) across each plan from the Plans & Pricing page.
