Looking for some help on how to avoid duplicating contacts when pushing from Lawmatics to Clio Manage. Anyone have an idea of how to do this?

You should be able to use this action to find or create a contact:
If the contact using the email address already exists, it will not create a new contact, however if doesn’t exist it will create a new contact.
That doesn’t seem to be working.
Here’s what I’ve done (because I need to understand every step of the logic… if I’m wrong on something, please tell me):
- Matter converted in Lawmatics
- Find Contact in Clio
- Only continue if email from Lawmatics does not exactly match email from Clio
- Create Clio Contact
