Jira error: Our test had some issues; error during execution: Cannot read property 'issuetypes' ofunderfined

This error is showing up when I tried setting up a step to create a JIRA ticket
 

It says “Error during execution: Cannot ready property ‘issue types’ of undefined. How do I resolve this issue?

I’m sorry that you’re running into this issue, let’s see if we can figure it out together. 

Could you share more detail about what you’re trying to do? It looks like you’re setting up the Zap from within Slack, is that right? And have you tried selecting an issue type using the dropdown box in the screenshot that you shared? 

It helps us to know more about where you’re running into to trouble so we can help you to get to the bottom of things :)
