Project Broadcast - Phone field not populating

I have the zap structured so that after an order bump in Thrivecart it will trigger Project broadcast to start a text campain.

The problem is that that under: 

*Contact Id or Phone Number

when I try to add the field Phone No. There is no field for a phone number at all. I’ve gone through all of the options. Gone back into Thrivecart, made sure phone number was required. Refreshed fields and still nothing.

No matter what I’ve tried there is no data field for phone number populating.

Any ideas on what to do?

I’m so sorry for the troubles with your Zap. 

You mentioned that you've created some fresh sample data in ThriveCart, which is great! Now, to make sure everything is in sync, we need to load that new sample data into the trigger step.

Here's what you need to do:

  1. Head over to the trigger step.
  2. Look for the "Test" section of the trigger.
  3. Kindly click on the "Find new records" button. This will load in the newly created sample data.
  4. Once the new data is loaded, you'll need to search for the phone number or contact number in the search box field.
  5. The contact number should appear in the sample data.
