How to get google response data into google forms
Good Day, I have two questions about a Zap I’m working and would really appreciate if anyone can shed some light on the snags I have run into please?I have a Webhook collecting data and sending responses from a questionnaire into a google response form.I have linked the form correctly and changes made to the Google Forms document are reflected in the Google Response form but when I run my Zap I am not able to get the responses to populate the Google Forms document in my drive.The Google Response form populates every time I run a test.Another question, is there a way to delete the responses from a Google Response form at the end of a Zap, once the Google Form has been populated? I envisage having to save the Google form as a copy first to preserve the answers from the previous triggered Zap?Any suggestions are very much appreciated.Thank you
No values output from Google Assistant
I am trying to setup a zap from google assistant voice input to OneNote.The following works:I can get google assistant to trigger the Zap “Hey Google” followed by “Talk to Zapier” followed by my trigger “add OneNote” In my Zap I am prompted to give a title “What is the note title?” and the note “Whats should the note say?”. My answers to these questions are discarded and the output from google assistant in my zap is empty. i.e the “placeholder value” in empty I have verified this trying to create a new note in OneNote and not seeing the “placeholder value” input, and also by email the placeholder values to my self - again empty. Has anyone else had this problem and found a solution?KR
Dynamic emails from new file in Google Drive
Hi, i am trying to create a dynamic email for each time a new file is uploaded to Google Drive So file uploaded » a new email is created and this file (usually a png or jpg) is embedded into this email i am zapping a Google Drive with Close CRM where we are sending these emails frombut when I go to Action step (create email), the only fileds pulling up are still from the trigger part (google drive), not from the 2nd app (close.io crm) where we can assign which contact the email will go to etc thank you Nata
Jira to Trello transfer keeping original formatting of description
I am facing the following problem with automation of Jira with Trello. I have set a bot to auto create a new Trello card when a new Jira issue is created. All issues in Jira are created using emails. Emails and Jira issues use paragraph formatting. However when the description of issue gets transferred to Trello card it is formatted as single line, how to keep the original request format?
How do I remove/change "not answered" auto triggers from survey monkey?
Some of the fields in my survey monkey will sometimes be answered and sometimes not. I know I can make the answer required, but I am looking for a solution to change the name of “Not Answered” or remove it, so it will only be blank. Does anyone know a solution?Thanks in advance!
How to attach invoices from Xero to Webhooks by Zapier

JotForm all Fields to Zapier
TLDR: Any way to get the data from a JotForm submission as an array? Or, a better way to fill the fields on a PDF?I’m using JotForm for a lot of data collection and Zapier triggers. We’ve also been using Formstack Documents (was WebMerge) to fill PDF forms with the data from JotForm, but we’re trying to get away from Formstack because they are too expensive. While JotForm’s PDF builder/integration exists, it’s not great.Enter PDF4Me. They have a lot of nifty features and are constantly improving the toolkit. They have recently released a form-filler function with a lot of potential. Unfortunately, right now it only supports an array of data being passed to it like this:[[“fieldFirstName”,” fieldLastName”,”AddressLine01”], [“Val1”,”Val2”,”Val3”]]The kicker is I can’t figure out how to get the data from JotForm to Zapier in this format. Any ideas?I’m not set on PDF4Me, but their pricing (<$10/mo is far better than Formstack’s at >$100/mo).

Good afternoonI want to create the integration of google sheet to monday.com so that it updates the information of the number field of my items but when updating the information in the google sheet it places the value of activity 4 in the first item of my board in monday. com and it should not be like that, you must update it for each item.They know why this error and how you could fix it.
Saving Reciepts from Gmail in Google Drive?
I’m completely new to Zapier and this is my first go at setting up some automation. Trying to set up a zap that will allow me to label an email and it will trigger a conversion to a readable pdf document, and then save it in a dropbox folder. (I tried the pdf.co integration, but the resulting pdf document was basically just text and is not easily readable.) I found this reference and was able to get a readable document on Google docs : I think this will work but I need the last step - how do I get it from google docs to dropbox in a pdf format?

My outlook is flooded with VBA code. So if there is any mistake in the code it will hang and will fail to send the email to Zappier in time. The team I work on shares A LOT of great documentation they create in Slack, but unfortunately that documentation is oftentimes buried in Slack never to resurface again. The most common type of document created is Google Doc, Google Sheet or Google Presentation. Hi, I’m new to Zapier, and I am looking to have the contents of a Google Sheet row put into a Slack channel anytime a new row is added, currently the bot just alerts when a new row is added but does not include the contents of what is added. We have Zapier called “Zapier wont trigger action if Trello card moved from one board to other” which updates Jira issue if card is moved to specific list on board A. However, if the card is moved from list B to list A same board (which should trigger action in Zapier), nothing happens.

Ability to Reference Conditional/Dynamic Values when Sending Emails from a Google Sheet
Hi there! First time user of Zapier and we’re trying to figure out if Zapier will work for us I have a Google sheet that has rows of person-specific data (i.e. first name, last name, etc). My staff are filling out specific time-sheet information on this spreadsheet. There is a column titled “Payroll Processing” and the values can only be “GOOD” or “BAD”. The “GOOD or BAD” result and column is calculated based on conditional IFs statements that are derived from values in other columns. We want Zapier to send out email notifications to any rows where the Payroll Processing column is “BAD”. We want these emails to be sent dynamically as staff are filling out the rows of data. I configured a Zap to get data from Jira and push it to another Jira, now the issue: When I configure description field I dont see any possibility to add all description that comes from source: Does Zapier have some magic to do it?, also can Zapier get the issue URL from the source? Copy File to Dropbox
HiI’d have thought that this would be a straightforward thing to do but I’m struggling...I’d like to copy a backup file from a specific location on my hard drive to Dropbox, on a daily basis.Many thanks P.S. I can’t put it onto one of the limited folders that Dropbox can do backups of at the moment so Zapier would be ideal.
