Honeybook only connects directly to Google Calendar so can I use Zapier to use the Honeybook Scheduling to connect to my Outlook Calendar? If not, is it possible to have Honeybook connect to Google Calendar, Zapier connect Google Calendar to Outlook Calendar? If so, would the worth flow work both ways? For example, if I make changes to my Outlook Calendar will it reflect in my Google Calendar to update the Honeybook Scheduling and vice versa?
Hi everyone, I’m trying to create a workflow by connecting Ceipal, but as soon as I enter my Ceipal creds and API, it shows error “authentication failed: The app returned “You don’t have enough permissions, please contact your administrator.”I tried sharing the same with Ceipal support but they said it’s error on Zapier’s end, so ask there.
How do I create a new Google Drive folder and upload photos from a Gravity Forms submission into it?
I am looking for some help on my zaps. I currently have connected to my zap account is gravity form from my website, my google drive, and slack. The goal is when a form submission comes in. The submission would create a new folder in google drive using the name field as the folder's name and upload photos submitted through the form. When a new folder is created, it will send a message to a Slack channel with the name of the folder + google drive link. The only part I have problems with is creating a folder and uploading the photo submission. So I am not sure if I got to add another step in between or what. This is the part I am lost on.
I have a Zap that looks for .zip files on Google Drive, and extracts the files (in this case, 2 jpegs) from the zip. Then I want to upload the 2 jpegs to the same folder that the zip was in, BUT - the output from ConvertAPI gets zipped back up to be uploaded? Is there a way I can just upload both jpegs without them being re-zipped?

Hi everyone!I’m trying to set a zap that unenroll students from a bundle, a teachable feature that merge several courses in one princing plan.In the zap options there is only a “unenroll students from course” option, but I want zapier to unenroll from all courses in a bundle.A solution might be to add like 10 unenrolls zaps for every course in the bundle, but if I do that teachable will still count the student enrolled in that bundle.There is no way to address a bundle with zapier? Like by id, with a webhook or something else?
Encountering error sending files from elopage to Lexoffice. Error: The link with the document (pdf) ends with ?token=[digit and letter code].
The file could not be sent to lexoffice.The app returned "You need to login/register before you continue/Du musst Dich anmelden oder registrieren, bevor Du fortfahren kannst.".I connected and reconnected all accounts, elopage and lexoffice but it always shows this error when I test it. The link with the document (pdf) ends with ?token=[digit and letter code]. How can I run a successful zap?
Hi,I am trying to create a google calendar event bud the date ov the event is dependant on the data that returns from the Formatter step.For example if the day of the week that returns from the formatter is “sunday” than i want the event date to be thursday (the last business day in my time zone)but if the formatter returns “wednsday” than the event date should be tuesday (the last business day in my time zone).is that possible?
We off a series of seven or so eBooks for free as lead generators.The prospect select one or more of the available eBook PDF’s and submits a form.The form is a Gravity Form that creates a single field that shows the titles of each eBook selected as comma delimited items.We would like to use this list and attach each eBook to an email and send it back to the person who requested it.We can do it one at a time with “Conditionally Run” but would like to do it all in one email. Can anyone suggest a workflow to accomplish this?Thanks for any assistance!
Hello all,I have several Google Sheets sending data to Little Green Light. In the past few days I have noticed that they are being triggered in the middle of the night and sending duplicate data, even though no one in touching the files or updating anything. E.g. Facebook Upload Zap, Trigger: New or Updated Spreadhseet Row in Google Sheets.I paste Facebook transaction data into the spreadsheet, it sends new gift information to Little Green Light.But last night it triggered at 4:28 am, the night before it triggered at 4:01 am. Because the previously pasted data is still in there, it sent it all again. This is happening on another Google Sheet with the same format; ironicaly, it is NOT happening on a different Google Sheet with the same format, one that I created just a few weeks ago. Is there a way to prevent ghost triggers in Google Sheets?Thanks!Mollie
Calendly to Google Sheets - I want to leave my formulas or drop down boxes untouched amongst Zapier data
Hi there, I am trying to set up a Calendly to Google Sheets Zap. My spreadsheet will only populate certain cells in the row from calendly and I want those cells that have no data being passed to leave my drop down boxes and / or formulas in place. At present when the Zap runs it is removing my dropdown / formulas and replacing them with a totally blank cell.Is there a way to stop this happening so that the data from Calendly is populated where needed but the other cells are left alone? I’m trying to create a Zap with ‘Facebook Offline Conversions’ action but the offline events set just doesn’t appear, and I don’t know why. I couldn’t find a pattern in these occurrences. This happens randomly, some sets appear and other’s don’t.I don’t think that is a problem with the connection of my Facebook account, because I tried to reconnect my account multiple times and still facing the same issue. I also asked to a coworker to create the zap that I need to create and he couldn’t for the same reason. Is anyone here having the same problem?
Hi - when trying to set up a Zap between Google Ads and Zapier, I keep running into this problem where I have no “managed accounts”. I have tried creating other accounts besides the admin account on Google Ads, but the same problem persists. Screenshot attached.

Hello,I made a change to one of my integrations and had to update my WP connection from legacy to the new one, but I cannot get this to work. The error I get is “authentication failed: The Zapier WordPress plugin has not been activated on this WordPress site.”, but the plugin is installed and activated.I have tried everything, disabled Wordfence, switched to default theme, made zapier user Admin, disabled, re-enabled plugin etc. to no effect. I have found various other threads related to Wordpress connection problems but nothing on this particular error. Thanks for your help,Tudor
Events are not being copied from one Google Calendar to another. Are there limits on Zap runs per day?
I have a zap that copies events from one Google calendar (A) to another Google Calendar (B). I have zaps left (I am on the free plan) but many new events in A aren’t copied to B (some are, so the zap is working, and there are no errors when I look in the log). Is there some limit on how many times a zap can run per day or something like that? A is my Facebook calendar that I subscribe to in Google Calendar if that changes anything.

Xero and ShipStation Integration. Getting "state required" errors when creating invoices for countries without states
I have a zap that converts new invoices in Xero into new orders in Shipstation. Everything domestically within the US has been working fine. Some countries work as well. I’m getting errors that the State is missing and so the zap is failing, but the invoice is to a country that doesn’t have states, like France. How do I get around that while still having a functional zap?
Hello All! I’m trying to get some help on a task that I believe Zapier can be helpful for. I currently have a very busy Slack channel that everyone in the company uses to ask questions about my product. I'm trying to make sense of all the posts from the past and those that are coming in. And by “make sense,” - I want to identify trends and potentially be able to provide better/more documentation for pain points or even use insights as an input for our roadmap. I know it's hard to triage automagically for unstructured data, but maybe if I come up with a few keywords, it would help triage better? My question: is there a way to be able to take all the contents of the slack channel and tag/triage posts towards understanding where the pain points are for our customers?I had an idea to connect Slack to Airtable, but outside of creating multiple “if “ + “contains” statements that look at keywords in a message, it seems like it's hard to scale - especially if I want to add new keywords. Hi there,I have some zaps that have many steps. When I receive a webhook it may have a lot of data. Currently, if I change the trigger, I have to go through each step and reassign the value to the new trigger in each step. It involves a lot of scrolling and searching.I usually try and refer to a previous step, rather than the original as it means less steps have to be changed. But it still means going through each step - it’s time consuming, messy and annoying. What I am looking for is a utility or technique that allows me to create a reference table for the key fields I would like to use in a zap. Each subsequent step would reference this table, not the original node.For example, I receive an invoice from Stripe.
