Best solution for uploading to Drive based on content many different folders
I have 27 folders I need to upload documents to based on parsed data from DocParser. I’m using paths, but it looks like I would need 27 paths to set up the logic for 27 folders. Is there a better way of doing this? Would it be better to have 27 different zaps? Would I have to pay for each zap every time a parsed document is available? Any help would be greatly appreciated!! Thanks!
How are tasks counted for steps that lookup multiple Google Sheets rows? And email steps with multiple recipients?
Hi I have a Zap which includes a ‘Find Many Spreadsheet Rows (With Line Item Support) in Google Sheets’ step. I am just wondering, would that step count as 1 task, or would a new task be counted for each matched row? Similarly, in the same Zap, I have a ‘Send Outbound Email’ step. The email may be sent to multiple recipients. In fact, the number of recipients is the same as the number of matched rows in the aforementioned step. Would Zapier count this step as 1 task, or would a new task be counted for each email recipient? I am just trying to work out which pricing plan I would need, so finding out the answer to this would be super helpful. Thank you, Ffion

Woocommerce to QBO Product Add Ons
Hello, I have a successful zap connecting my woocommerce shopping cart to QBO. My base products had variations and would name the products with the base product name and variation. AS Long as I have that matching name in QBO everything works. To try and get around the name change thing. I purchased woocommerce Product Add Ons. So Now the zap still works however the added on products are using a different data field. The base product uses Lines Items Name and the the Add Ons use Lines Item MetaData. This field is not passed so my invoices don't contain all the information to that order. When I tried to set up a test zap to pass that information it failed. I have opened up a ticket with woocommerce to look at this but wanted to put something out here as well. Is there a way to map multiple products in a woo shopping cart order to QBO. I am trying not to have all these different names for the same product. This would most likely be much easier if we could use the sku numbers.
Zap from launch27 to Zoho books to create an invoice
I am trying to setup a zap between launch27 and Zoho books to create an invoice. The only issue i have is the zap does not accept the “rate” aka the price. It does recognize the item (service) and the service price but when i run the rest the field rate is rejected. Any suggestions? Free Plan - Abandoned Cart
I’m on the Free Plan and I created a single Zap connecting Shopify and Flodesk so that when someone abandons their cart after an hour (trigger) an email will be sent to them reminding them that they have something in their cart (action). After I created it, I was able to turn it on, however, after about a week Zapier turned the zap off and it won’t let me turn it back on unless I upgrade. From what I understand about the free plan, you get 5 single step zaps...why won’t it let me turn this zap on...what am I missing here?

I’m wanting to take any new comments made in Asana (all projects, tasks, subtasks) and move them into a google sheet. Is that possible? Essentially based off of the “new comment” I would also need to move over the associated project name but getting the project name out of Asana is pretty easy.
Airtable - Zapier - Intercom Integration: A few issues left
Hi guys, We’re trying to set up a new system for our sign ups. Once the users fill in a form to sign up, the form data is automatically updated to a spreadsheet in Air Table. We have integrated Air Table with Zapier, and Zapier with Intercom. We would like the following to happen: New sign up fills the form Form data is automatically updated to the spreadsheet at Air Table Zap created which gets triggered by a ‘New Record’. The above is happening. The issue is in the following: The Zap triggers an action, whereby a message is sent on to our intercom with the form data (we have selected those) Both the apps (Air Table with Zapier) and (Zapier with Intercom) are integrated, and show as successful. The message trigger is not happening. We can manually test it, and it comes.But when I do a dummy sign up to see if it works automatically, the message doesn't come. Any comments / suggestions will be welcome!
Multiple Products per Shipstation Order
Hello, I need some help with my Google Forms and Shipstation zap. Currently, I have it setup that a customer can order multiple different products per order. For example, a customer can order Product A in color green and Product B in black. Unfortunately, when importing into Shipstation it shows up as a combination of these products. Instead of showing “1 Product A Green and 1 Product B Black” it combines them, which makes inventory tracking a nightmare. I’m wondering if it’s possible to separate item names in a Shipstation order so it can make it easier for me to pack, ship, and keep track of inventory.

Hello, I have two ZAP running in parallel on same WPform bringing data to different Monady.com boards. one of them is keeping turning OFF and when i try to switch it ON i get the below. I’m using Zapier to pull calendar events from my team’s cal, crosscheck attendee emails with our CRM, and send a survey to our team members who were on the cal invite so they can provide feedback on the meeting that is fed back into the CRM. I’m wondering if there’s a way to execute the following two functions using code on Zapier, or if something like the Formatter might help me accomplish this. I want to input the list of emails e.g. email@example.com, firstname.lastname@example.org, email@example.com, firstname.lastname@example.org, email@example.com and receive two outputs:myAttendees: the emails of all the people on the list from my domain (myco.com) e.g. firstname.lastname@example.org, email@example.com, firstname.lastname@example.org qty: the quantity of my team members on the list. e.g. 3 Is this possible? Troubleshooting: Slack message time stamp not updating a date field in Airtable
I have a Zap set up to trigger several field updates in Airtable based on the content of a Slack Message in a specific Slack Channel. The Zap formats the message, separating the text to allow for a searchable Airtable record name and a trigger phrase that is used to route the zap to one of 3 contextual paths, each path updating specific fields in the the search for air-table record based on specific criteria of that path. In each of these paths the zap is meant to extract the timestamp from the posted slack message and format this into an Airtable local time format and to update a specific date field in Airtable with this information based on which path is triggered. Every time I manually test and retest this process for all 3 paths the date field data is isolated, formatted and updated correctly in appropriate Airtable record based on the slack message trigger. Conversely, once the zap is out of test mode and is enabled the date field data does not update in the Airtable record as
Xero Create New Payment Event trigger bug
Xero contains an invoice or Bill payment record that records the date that money was received for an invoice or that money was spent for a bill. We wish to trigger an integration of this new payment record to create a Payment record in Salesforce. Xero does not support webhooks for this event type. Zapier polls the Xero system for a new payment record but the trigger criteria requires a Payment Date which is equal to the Payment Transaction created date. Transaction payment records are created in Xero manually and often after the actual payment date. Zapier have confirmed this is a bug and have no scheduled date for resolution. Has any one any workaround suggestions other than resorting to an API integration? Mark Riley.

I’m trying to import data from an email message received in gmail. I’ve used the zapier formatter → split text option to get different items but I’m stuck with the following data string: Naam: samplename ,E-mailadres: sampleemail ,Telefoon nr: samplephone ,Datum: 22 juli 2020 ,Start: 13:00 ,Eind: 17:00 ,Duur: 4 uur (240 min) ,Boot type: boatname ,Betalings methode: ideal ,Bedrag: €&nbsp;140,00 , Borg: &euro;&nbsp;150,00 ,Totaal: &euro;&nbsp;290,00 ,Boeking ID: samplebooking ,Activatie code: sampleactivationcode I’d like to import the data after each “:”, so I don’t want the name of the data in the sheet since that would mess up the google sheets document. For most data a simple “:” as seperator would do the trick but for example the time info already has a colon in it’s data. How would you format the zap for it not to use too many steps with formatting.
Trello Checklist Completion
Hi Just started using Zapier so still got lots to learn etc, but liking the possiblities it offers. I’m struggling though to update an item on a checklist. The trello card has been created by the same zap I’m working on, including a checklist with 2 items on it. I now want to tick off items on the checklist, I cannot get it to update the correct checklist. My failure options are it either updates the same item on one fixed previously card, (not the recently created card earlier in the zap), or it just fails saying it cannot find the checklist. I can update the card description, add comments all ok as expected, etc but the checklist has beaten me. I’m getting the correct card by using the ID created by the step that creates the card, and this works for updates and adding comments etc. The step that tries to complete the checklist is selecting the card by using a Board Name, The List The Card Id that previous steps used.
