Hi, I am trying to create a zap between asana and google sheets. I have selected the correct asana account and project however when I test the trigger it keeps telling me that there are no tasks found even though there are 63 tasks in the project. Have I done something wrong?
Hello, So i have clients boards on monday.com and the way it is formulated is that each client has a board in this format “Client code creative board” inside the board there are several groups, one of them is ongoing projects, each item is a new project and the tasks within the project are subitems. There are two automations im trying to set up but im failing miserably so i could really use help. i have been at this for 4 hours now with no luck. Hi! I’m working on an integration between HubSpot and Microsoft Dynamics. I am trying to set up a trigger so that if the sales team makes a new contact or a change to a contact in Dynamics, that will immediately sync with Hubspot.The first required field in HubSpot is the object ID, which I understand is found in Dynamics via export (and should also be available by API). However this field isn’t found when I run a test. Can anyone tell me what I’m doing wrong?After you review the below… in case I’m asking the wrong question: How do I update a record? When I successfully find and match two records in each system, do I also need to add “update record” as a separate step? First trigger is contact updated in Dynamics → Update contact in HS (not working because contact ID field not found) Or this edited version… same problem as above: Second trigger is a new contact is created in Dynamics → find or create the contact in HubSpot (this one runs successfully, but there is no object id named
Hi I’m trying to use one of the highlighted zaps for Proposify but when I set it up it’s just creating a document in google drive that has the URL for the proposal document, instead of uploading it. Is there somewhere I can go for help on this, I’ve tried making it work for the last 40 minutes but no matter what I do everything shows it’s connecting but the end result is the same...thanks!Proposify to Google Drive > upload proposal when signed (standad zap not working -help?)
Hello, I have a Google sheet with a column Tokens that has a unique set of tokens. Based on a trigger from Shopify, I would like to send an email each time with a new token. How can I copy the data of a cell of the column Tokens to use inside the email step? (Should move to the next row every time in order to use a new unique user token). I tried to find the value of a row and then delete it to toke the upmost one, but that turned out to be a dead end.Any ideas would be appreciated!Thanks

Add a new row to the Google spreadsheet and put the contents of the mail body in that row.After completing the test without any problems, publishing and placing it "ON",For the last test, I sent an e-mail titled "MJ" to me.ZAP is not responding at all.What's the problem?
Hi, Been messing around with Zapier for a while now but can’t figure out if the following is possible. I’ve got a massive amount of email that each have multiple attachments that id need to upload to Google Drive. The problem is that each of these email should be uploaded to a dedicated folder. All off the email have different subjects so i could make a Zapp that creates a folder by the subject but is there any way to add file transfer to the same Zapp? *New labeled email in Gmail create new folder by subject and transfer attachments to that folder
Hi everyone, i’m trying to filter out abandoned calls in Freshcaller, to Freshdesk. For now we have a Zap which is creating tickets automatically when a call is completed. But it also creates tickets when a call is abandoned (saying: we couldn’t pick up the phone and/or they went to voicemail due to business hours). I’m trying to filter out these calls, but nothing has worked yet. Does anyone know?
I am new to Zapier Integrations, but I am technically geeky.I am trying to add/update my Excel spreadhseet with customers birthdays. I have a list with their names and dates of births on. I understand i may have to create or update the Sheet to make it ‘talk’ to Zapier properly. However, I have the following question please?How can i set it up so i can only add data to a particular “worksheet/tab”? I currently have each tab set up to represent each month - so I’d want to add client details to the corresponding tab of their birthdayThe only way I can think about it is to have 12 sets of Zaps with filters only pulling across Ciient data for each month and then adding it to the corresponding “worksheet/tab” Thanks

Is it possible to exactly duplicate Slack message containing emojis and images in Teams using a zap?
There’s a channel in Slack that shares a purpose with a channel in MS Teams. I usually schedule a week’s worth of Slack messages, each containing text, emoji’s, image(s), and link(s). Teams doesn’t support scheduling in channels, so I usually just duplicate the Slack message in Teams by hand when I have time that day. It occurred to me that there might be a way to automate this and just get Teams to post identical message whenever the Slack one appears. I have connected Slack and Teams and I can make it work for plain text just fine. However, it doesn’t work for images or an emojis, and the formatting gets screwed up.Is there a way around this?

Hi,I run a platform that sells clothes, I source from different brands.These brands run Shopify stores. I created a Zap which is triggered for each order I receive.It actually makes an order in my partners' Shopify BUT it doesn't link to their products. Consequently, it doesn't decrease their stocks and makes it difficult for them to fulfill the orders. Even if I try to "Find Product By Title", I can’t make it work. I might be misusing Zapier but it's an issue.You'll find attached what I get with Zapier and what I'd like to get. In addition, I can't fill the field "Shipping" or "Delivery Method" via Zapier.The field doesn't exist.So what am I supposed to do?I sincerely hope you'll be able to help me 🙏
I typically set up my Zaps, like this: FB LEad Ads to Zoom and then Zoom to Convertkit.Now, that I'm doing a paid webinar (before now I've only done free) - do I need a third Zap for Paypal to Zoom or what? I just don't get it how - please help. I've got three going now and don't think they're making any sense. Continuously getting these same errors. Error Reading: The app returned "The Zoom REST API does not support paid registration.".
I’d like to sync Amazon Alexa with Google Tasks but Alexa is grayed out in the setup page. Why is this? I would like any tasks added to Google tasks to be synced with Alexa. I am aware I can do this the other way around (Add a task to Alexa which then syncs to Google) but that’s not what I need to do. Any ideas?
Hello,I just signed up for a trial of Zapier.I cannot login to sage accounting software.I am in South Africa. I have a sage accounting package. When I try to create a zap using sage accounting I am required to give my login details. I am providing the correct login details but it says that the username or password is incorrect.I think that this is because I selected the wrong region initially. There does not seem to be an option to reselect the region before signing in to my sage accountPlease helpThanks you
Hey all, we’ve had multiple Copper <> Zapier integrations running for a couple of years now without fault. However in the past couple of months, one of our Zaps has started firing like crazy, causing us to go over our Zap task limit incredibly quickly. The Zap currently fires whenever an Opportunity is updated, and goes through 10 steps to update a similar database in Smartsheet. Whenever a small change is made to the Opportunity (such as stage or revenue change), it is firing Zapier at least 5 times, sometimes 15+, each a couple of seconds apart. I’ve looked through but can’t work out why this is happening — the Copper information is identical from what I can see each time. Any help?
I want to use Zapier to have the VAT from my client’s invoice automatically send to a separate dedicated account on Qonto.There is a blog article on Qonto that explains clearly how to do it but it doesn’t work for me.Here’s a screenshot that show what’s the problem.It seems that the Field is the problem but I don’t know what to put instead of 1.Side to make it work.
