Hey Zapier team,

Please help! I see on youtube/CHAT GPT told me that catchhook in Zappier could be use to collect data from the person that is click on the link I sent to him/her. I try everything and can’t find any solution.

I want to do the following:

Sent email
After somboady click it from the email that this email is collected
After I will setup Spreedsheest lookup and do other things

But this part when I should collect email that click on the link make me a headache. Can you please let me know how to solve this and what is the best way to collect this email?

Best,

Hi @Dusan

What email app are you using to send the emails?

You may need to use an email app that tracks clicks. (e.g. Mailgun)

Zap apps can be searched here: https://zapier.com/apps

Ah, okay! I test all of that on the gmail. Thanks, I will check the apps.

Does this mean that I can connect this with any email tool that is on Zappier?

@Dusan

An email app such as Mailgun would be used to send the emails.

Mailgun offers these Zap app triggers/actions: https://zapier.com/apps/mailgun/integrations#triggers-and-actions

There are other Zap apps similar to Mailgun: https://zapier.com/apps/categories/transactional-email
