Generate document from template within Clio

Hi I have created multiple Document templates within CLIO, the CRM, using merge fields in Microsoft Word with conditional logic. They work perfectly however I cannot get a Zap that auto generates one of them when a new matter is created even though there is a trigger for “When a new matter is created”.

Any ideas?
